Bought a Skoda Kodiq off Calum.
He was very professional polite and courteous. Did not leave a stone unturned and the car when I picked it up was perfectly presented.
Will definitely return and do business again

Bought my first car here at Evans Halshaw Ford Burnley. Euan was my sales advisor and he was fantastic. Talked me through everything and was very patient in answering all of my questions.

The service I received from the Burnley dealership sales team was very poor.
Each time I phoned up for an update or to discuss the sale , I ended up speaking to a different person who had no idea of where the sale was up to. I was told certain people were off that day even though I spoke to them previously the same day. I believe I was lied to numerous times. The car delivery was scheduled for a morning slot , it arrived past 5pm after I phoned to see what was happening. Once the car arrived the MOT stated the car needed an urgent recall which I was not told about.
Very poor experience, I just hope the car itself is reliable !

I was going to give 5* but after the pas 24 hrs 0 should be an option. So we bought a used car and went for the warranty package on a payment plan. Both me and my wife got refused so no payment plan and no warranty was taken. But the sales team at Burnley have decided to add the warranty and 6 weeks on are chasing me for 895. Even when we was sat there and both got refused he still put this through even with the proof it got rejected they stll think we owe them. Like our email says we have no payment plan and no warranty

On 10th July, I received a recall notice from Ford for my Ford Kuga.I rang my local dealer, Evans Halshaw, in Burnley. They could not do it for at least four weeks, so i booked 11th August to have it done.I asked for the car to be picked up from my home and on the day as no one had turned up by midmorning, I rang the garage to find out why they had not called.I was told it was not booked in despite having arranged it four weeks previously. So i have wasted four weeks waiting for something that was not going to happen.Something must be wrong with this garage to even get the basics of instructions right.I won't be using them again, but go to another Ford dealer.

Bought our car in march more than happy with the vehicle and at the time of purchase we received excellent service very caring and very thorough handover
However 4 months in the car had 2 issues that cost me £170 to repair, on contacting EH to tell them this, never have I ever received such arrogant uncaring after sales service. It also transpired that the vehicle had a faulty suspension arm badly fitted when it was handed over to me, when I rang to cancel the pointless warranty as they’re are a million things it doesn’t cover the service went from bad to worse. Sheer rude cocky and uncaring attitude didn’t even ask anything about me or the vehicle no apology that I had to spend money on repairing their fault absolute rubbish sales people, I don’t actually think they’re bothered - go somewhere else to buy a car

Nearly-new purchase of a Puma. Well-managed process from beginning to end, clearly explaining everything as necessary. Very happy with the outcome. Used car sales needs a better coffee machine, though.

Took my van into this Ford dealership for an MOT four months ago. I was told there was a slight leak on the timing belt cover and advised to replace the timing belt entirely, as it would cost roughly the same due to the labour involved. I agreed and was charged over £2,000.
Less than 24 hours after collecting my vehicle, it broke down and the engine seized. Ford refused to accept any responsibility, despite the timing of the failure and the fact that the van had been running perfectly beforehand. Thankfully, I had a vehicle warranty with just four days left — but even after providing this, I was later told the warranty company wouldn’t cover the claim, and I was left to deal with everything myself.
It’s taken over four months for the engine to be replaced. As a small business owner, this has had a major impact — I had planned to employ someone and get the van on the road, but that’s been impossible. To make matters worse, when I was finally told the van was ready, I arrived to collect it only to find the engine management light came on straight away. It was taken back in again, and I was left stranded without transport.
Communication throughout this entire ordeal has been appalling. I only ever received updates when I chased them — calls ignored, emails never replied to. When the van was returned, it had zero miles of fuel left.
Absolutely unacceptable from a main dealer. I’ve lost time, money, and trust — and wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone.

Recently purchased a vehicle and lasted 2 days before having to be returned for full refund.
Returned based on issues not flagged before sale, and too expensive to repair.
Vehicle has only been back a few days and back on website for sale, when unsellable.
Out of pocket based on poor service.
Keep away.

Shockingly bad. Had my car delivered and there is a list of things wrong with the car. Getting no replies. The car still has last owners details, I can’t use icontrol. I’m having to report them to the GPDR.

I had a warning light on after the service, a collision warning light which they tried to rectify, but computer couldn't gain access, so I'll see if it goes off after a drive in vehicle.
