Really poor, car failed the MOT for the reason I asked them to fix. £700 extended warranty not worth a penny as not honoured. Staff need better training really poor customer service. Burnley Branch.

I bought a used car from this dealer. I dealt with Jack who was very helpful throughout the process. He went out of his way to ensure that I got the information I needed and to make the process as smooth as possible.
I bought the car without visiting the dealer but this wasn’t a problem as everything was done either on the phone or via a MS teams meeting.
I received delivery of the car today and I’ve been happy with the service provided and the quality of the car.

If I could give a zero review I would
If I could give a zero review I would. The guarantee scheme offered by this company is rotten to the core and seems designed to frustrate and deny claims without just cause. I could write an essay about how shambolic the customer service is. Avoid at all costs.
As a ps, just had our guarantee claim rejected by their "Computer says No" team as we didn't have a prior approval (despite us submitting the authorisation number we were given!)
