Van repairs
My vehicle went into the service department with a fault. The vehicle was new, I had it for ten days. It took five days before they even looked at the vehicle to diagnose the problem. Getting through to the service reception on the phone was very difficult. The service department in general is very understaffed.

My car was picked up and delivered after a recall on a couple of things. It came back nicely washed and shining and front footwells hoovered. The man who collected was really lovely. Overall a great experience.

AVOID EVAN HALSHAW SERVICING!
Took my car in for a full service including oil change 28th december 23. And now in March 24, my oil light has come up on my dashboard!! Upon checking myself there was hardly any oil in!!
Took it back to EH service centre in which they undertook a vehicle health check and confirmed there's no oil leaks etc - so they did not carry out a full service as i paid for!! No apologies made, I definitely wont be coming back here again!!
