Brilliant staff and customer service.
The staff at the showroom made my experience with Evans Halshaw relaxed, easy and enjoyable. They had a good choice of cars, as well as ways to purchase, warranty packages and insurances. There were no high pressure sales tactics the staff simply explained the difference products and allowed me to decide what I wanted within my budget. I would definitely be a return customer when I am ready to change my car again.

The whole process was very chaotic
The whole process was very chaotic. I was kept out of the loop with what was going on to the extent that I had to visit the store without an appointment in order to even get someone to talk to me without bluster and bluffing. Even then I still couldn't take my car home, three days after it was supposed to be ready. If I had been kept informed of what was going on I might not have minded but unfortunately it felt like they were hoping I would just wait forever without any explanation
