Definitely won't be giving them my custom, again!
If I could give this garage zero stars, I would. Have dealt with this branch for many years but after a terrible experience recently, I won't be back. The chap who I was dealing with initially, Tony, was lovely. It's a shame the same can't be said for his superior, David. Has an air of arrogance that I have never came across before. Very unprofessional, talking loudly within the showroom; not directly to me but about me. Made,what should have been a pleasant experience, absolutely awful. Actually filled me with anxiety. This garage is literally on my doorstep but will not be using them again.
