Used this dealer for many years and Steve Pritchard has always been really helpful.

Highly recommend the Bretton dealership. Having spent months searching Ford Rangers, Bretton came up with the best prices and great part ex quotes. Peter Fryer looked after us from start to finish providing in depth knowledge and guidance and was always on hand to answer questions or provide personalised videos. Would definitely use the guys again when making future purchases.

3 days of having my pickup for a half hour diagnostic check up. Then saying my 5 star warrenty was not covering a simple sensor when it was.
Then waiting for a call when part came in which didn't come. I phoned 3 weeks later.

Hi i was recommended to use Evans Hal Shaw transit centre Bretton but I had the worse visit you can imagine I booked it in for 2 sensors to be fitted on return a few hours later they had told me I had an engine misfiring the rear brake lights not working and to top it off horn not functioning so I left with more faults than I arrived with then when I got home I found
The fuse cover had been completely broken and all my fuses had been removed after dealing with a local parts company put all fuses back in the fuse box everything is perfect just wondering if there after work so by sabotage my van give there mechanics work I was disgusting and disappointed I will never go back Paul on the main desk no call still for the fuse box they promised me sad really ……… just beware

I returned to Transit Centre Bretton as I had such a poor/woeful experience with TCH Transit Centre Derby.

I reached out to Peter, from whom I bought my van, after receiving such a lack of care elsewhere, recalling the attention and care Peter and his colleagues gave me when making my purchase, I rang him for help. Bretton is a 4hr roundtrip drive for me, but well worth it. Having a fault on my van that no one else was bothered to look for, Peter hooked me up with Paul their service manager. The van was in for two days fault finding, the old fashioned way...not looking for a hit and miss fault code! Sure enough, the chaps discovered the fault and are confident that they have fixed it. They listened to me, understood my frustrations and used my insights as the driver, to narrow down and resolve my problem.

I cannot thank the team enough at Bretton for helping me and taking away my frustration, my van had been parked up for 4months with the fault that no one else wanted to 'own'. I can fully recommend buying a van from these chaps or having them service/repair you van.
