I met Graham this past week for a car that I was interested in purchasing on a PCP deal. Graham was very knowledgable on the car, and he clearly explained the each of the agreements and services that they offer, so I was able to make a well-informed decision. When I came to collect the car, there were issues with paperwork, however Graham and his manager went above and beyond to make sure that the paperwork got approve in time before they closed! This meant that I could take the car there and then rather that having to come back another day. Thank you for your help and service and I love my new car.

The sales team are amazing, they will help you decide which car to purchase at your own pace. Graham in particular helped me a lot.
However, once the car was purchased and started experiencing squeaking with the brakes it has been a nightmare. You wait weeks for an appointment, the car is then with them all day even if you deliver it at 8 AM. I had the car with them 4 days in total, on 4 separate occasions and the issue is still ongoing 6 months later. Even after paying extra for the full warranty package.
I've also requested a part 2 months ago and I've had no update from anyone at the dealership regarding it since then.

I bought a used car from Evans Halshaw Walsall and our salesman Josh was great from start to finish. Any issues we had Josh resolved. He was patient, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Bought a used car from evans halshaw walsall in sept,I've had several problems with the car ,(all fixed at my wakefield branch.who did excellent professional job.)whilst under warranty.
As its now out of its warranty walsall no longer accepts any responsibility even though under the consumer act 2015 the are still responsible as its within 6months.there argument is all cars are inspected before sale so its not there problem .how ever my previouse 3 problems were also inspected and they accepted responsibility.under there logic if car is inspected before hand your car could not possibly of had a faulty part.under the creditwhat is the point of a law if this company can side step it.

The worst experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Purchased a car that was faulty when sold, reported within 5 days. 12 Months down the line they are still avoiding the issue, very bad communication issues. They have now had the vehicle twice, given back as fixed and the vehicle is very much the same. If you get any issues with a vehicle purchased here be prepared that you will have to escalate this further as they will avoid any issue resolution in house. If you want to purchase a car from a company in which you have to chase daily for a simple response then they are the one for you.

Everything went very smoothly apart from a computer glitch which was probably due to the terrible weather conditions.
Staff were very pleasant and competent.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this branch. From week 1 the engine management light appeared on the dash. 3 months down the line and problem still hasn’t been sorted. They said they’re not available to repair my car until January (4 months after purchase) which means I am without a car which means I cannot go travel to work or attend to my pregnant girlfriend. The car is not driveable as the engine has completely gone.. Evans halshaw havent been helpful with trying to sort the problem or offer me a courtesy car as I cannot travel. This is completely unacceptable

Paid £100 deposit to hold a car on the Thursday. On the following Monday pulled out of the deal due to safety concerns about the vehicle. (Manufacturers issue not EHL). That was a month ago. After 3 calls and reassurances from three different people and departments still no refund so it's off to the small claims court to get my deposit back. Would I recommend Evans Halshaw after this debacle.......Not a chance. Customer service reminds me of what it was like in the 80's when buying a car from a garage!

They sell faulty cars with false promises and don't fulfill the warranty.

Stay away from this branch. These people here are not helpful after the car is sold. Only sweet in talking until you buy the car.

Bought vehicle over the phone and from adverts on internet. Checked on condition of vehicle and was assured all was perfect and agreed a purchase with a couple of incentives thrown in.
Vehicle was delivered with scratches and scuff marks not described and incentives had not been included. Evans Halshaw agreed to meet costs of repairs and incentives, a fair start but nonetheless still not met expectations.
Drove the car the next day to find a multitude of extras described as being on the vehicle as a listed extra were in fact non existent. Resulted in an immediate rejection at which point Evans Halshaw played hard ball and very awkward, exercising every trick in the book towards not paying funds back including lost money on insuring the vehicle.
After a lot of threats, stress and so much wasted time the funds took a week to be returned including loss of insurance money.
I would rather have spent a week at the dentist having all my teeth extracted without anaesthetic over the 6 days than go through dealing with this shower again. Totally unprofessional and uncaring customer attitude, that is if you can eventually get someone to answer the phone.

Having done a deal to change my wife's car with Kieran over the phone we were met by Abbey at the Showroom whom looked after us and proved very efficient , taxing the car , chasing up the valeting etc. , sorting the paperwork . Kieran also introduced himself to us and my wife and I found them both to be very pleasant and helpful . We will definitely be interested in dealing with Abbey and Keiran again when I look to change my car next year .

I cannot fault the salesman I dealt with, he was friendly, knowledgeable & patient however, I do have serious concerns over the completion of the 101 point check legally required on all approved used cars.
Upon getting the car home, I found the locking wheel nut missing, which would be an immediate MOT fail. This aside, how where the brakes, calipers & wheel integrity checked if the wheels couldn't be removed?
When challenging the branch, I received no response from an email, no return phonecall so, I ended up going into the branch to confront them & was given a limp excuse about an alloy refurb which really didn't satisfy my concerns. The car had moved less the 7000 miles & again, how can the refurb be done without the locking nut?
I am now in a position where I have to book for work to be done on the car I purchased two days ago simply because an basic element is missing. I wouldn't have expected to pay a large sum of money for a vehicle that cannot deliver the very basic requirements needed to pass an MOT. I have also enlisted the help of a relative who works for the manufacturer of the car to do an independent 101 point check.
Extremely dissapointed with this aspect of the transaction. It also raises questions on how they managed to sell my trade in within less than 24 hours of receiving it.
I would strongly advise anyone buying a second hand car to get an independant check done before accepting it.

Not overly impressed if I'm honest.
This should have been a really easy sale.
I telephoned on the Thursday to enquire about a specific car. I simply wanted to confirm that the specification I had viewed online was correct. I had the cash waiting in an account ready to pay. A catalogue of Issues means that my car is now not being delivered until the Tuesday.
First salesperson told me I could get it the next day, next salesperson who it was handed to had issues with the computer system and then the car had to be valeted ( fact that was missed from the first salesperson) then the transport didn't turn up. Had I known it would take this long I could have collected the vehicle at the weekend myself.
Really quite disappointed. I could have expected issues if it was a part ex or even finance!

Stay away. I brought a Ford Fiesta it had a job card on for its battery they said it was sorted. The car is 2 years old. I took the car back as my steering was heavy and pulling as well as having the airbag light on, the Apple screen/carplay screen was not up to date, power train/reduced power problem, screen not turning off and parts falling off. I took the car back on many occasions to be told that I am a liar and that I just needed to stop moving my seat as that's why the airbag light is coming on. Customer service is horrid stay away. I am still waiting for a phone call from the aftercare team. Never buy a car from them. This is still an ongoing problem. I have not driven the car for over 6 months. The live chat have been more helpful.
