Other then small dent in roof ( not told about ) & very dusty / dirty engine ;( staff were friendly & helpful.

Gave me a good deal and made the process very easy.

We are so disappointed with our purchase. We went for a low mileage polo for my daughter who bought the car with her own money. They wouldn’t budge on price at all due to “head office” saying it was a fair price.

When we approached the car the boot was already open. When we got it home it would not open again.

Now the engine management light has come on after my daughter has driven the car around 200 miles (she is learning so not driving. Much yet.

Finally the car suffers from “piston slap” making the engine very noisy

To say we are disappointed and feel ripped off would be an understatement

Brilliant customer service. Staff was patient, professional and responsive. Documents were complete and well explained. Used car were well checked and prepared.

The Service Manager Adam is always very professional
and makes sure to answer all your questions & to keep you informed whilst your car is in the garage.

The sales team are great and I cannot fault them. They do everything they can. But the service team unfortunately is a let down. Used cars so not come in to normal standards cosmetically.there needs to be more done regarding the quality of the used vehicles.

Car smoking on start up, not going to fix it said nothing wrong.
Battery going won't hold charge past 70%, £320 for a battery

Had the car less than a month

Poor preperation and delivery of car. After sales non existent.
Unfortunately I have been left with no option but to leave a bad review. I have given the dealership 72 hours to resolve and have been ignored.

Car covered with tpms light on, no compressor. Scratches and dents not highlighted on bodywork as requested in a video.

Alloy wheel and tyre damaged causing tyre damage. TPMS evident damaged and and taped. Car not cleaned before delivery.

Not the service you expect from a reputable dealer. Had they resolved my issues and took ownership this 1 star would not be needed. I still await as for this to be resolved as no one has took ownership or contacted me from the dealership. I will provide an update can they turn this in to a 5 star?

Nice and easy purchase. Looked at the vehicle on the Saturday and brought home on the Sunday.

Evans Halshaw Ford Walsall. Bought my partners first car since passing her test which happened to be a Fiat 500X 2021. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by Dayton who was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was easy, well explained and efficient. Viewed the car Monday 27th May, made the finance application, Drove away the following day. The cheapest of this top spec 500X on the whole of the market. Very happy with my experience, would 100% use Evans Halshaw again.
