The worst company ever. Strongly advise you purchase your vehicle elsewhere, unless you know with 100% certainty that you will not have any issues. Ive been waiting nearly a month for someone to confirm the mileage. Thats it. They can't even do that. Pathetic. Thats just the tip of the iceberg of what ive been dealing with. This comedy show has been going on since Jan 27th. They need a new manager and ideally someone who knows what they are doing...

Recently had my car serviced at Evan Halshaw Hyundai Gateshead and I'm really pleased with the whole experience.

My service representative (Ashley W.) was friendly and welcoming, making the drop-off process straightforward and stress-free. The workshop engineer (Luke A.) did a great job with the walkaround video, covering all the essential items and giving me a clear picture of my car's condition.

While my car was being serviced, I was provided with a brand new Hyundai Inster as a courtesy loan car, which was a fantastic touch and meant I wasn't left without transport for the day.

The service report provided afterwards was very detailed and easy to follow, giving me a thorough understanding of the state of my vehicle.

Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be booking my next service here. Highly recommended!

Driving a company car. I hadn't bought a car in 20 years and it showed. Found a great car, excellent condition. One owner and full service history. Perfect. Unfortunately for Josh, I picked and picked at everything but it was no problem for him as he was professional, understanding and certainly patient. Particularly with my lack of understanding of my banks anti-fraud processes verses me getting my money out! Great experience overall. Like a true fisherman, he will always remember where he caught a good fish! Pat

Had a wonderful experience with Khash and Jemma. Both were lovely and really helped me out. Would definitely recommend!

I had my car serviced yesterday (minor service) and I was asked to pay more than 900£ for items requiring immediate attention. This was surprising since I bring the car regularly for service every year.
The main items brought to attention were a replacement of rear discs and pads which warned at 3mm (at the service 1 year ago they were at 10mm, so this was a surprise), and the replacement/cleaning of air conditioning gas. I was asked to pay almost £300 for the air conditioning service, which I rejected. On the online website the advertised specific cost for this item is £149, so it's unclear why I have been asked to pay double this amount when it was brought up during the service.
The cost of replacement of pads/discs was also not matching what is advertised on the online service booking page.
Additionally the car was not fully cleaned outside (patches of dirtiness near the track and wheels) and it was not at all cleaned or vacuumed inside.

Always a decent job but sometimes a bit expensive for what's involved
