Stuart and Luke at the Grimsby Hyundai branch made returning my motability car so easy. Software update not carried out as promised.
Service and MOT were carried out fine. Staff were courteous and helpful.
Unfortunately the map software update that was also due to be carried out wasn’t done, despite being on the work card and invoice.
Tried calling and phone rang for 5 minutes before I gave up. Now I will have to arrange to take my car in again, be inconvenienced by having to arrange a pick up and not have a car all day.
