We came in the 1st time back in March to look at a new mobility vehicle Corey
Hall came over and offered any help we needed and answered any questions we had he was very helpful we did pick a car that was very suitable for our needs .we have been kept informed and been treated very well by Corey and the rest of the staff could not ask for more

Never using again, had my car 3 months and didn't repair it, was supposed to be under warranty but failed to diagnose correctly so warranty reject claim

Booked in for 26th may with courtesy car.
They couldn't find my booking then said it was down for 26th June so I had to show them my email from them which said may. Couldn't have a courtesy car and then had to pop in at 4pm to see if it was ready as was only an hrs job. It wasn't ready so had to wait

Great to begin with, sales team - Matthew in Grimsby was very helpful, informative and kept us up to date with our purchase.

6 months later the engine management light comes on, I call to ask to book in for investigation to be told no appointments until July. Not ideal when I live out of the way with 2 young children and a job to get to and only 2 hourly trains!

It was suggested to me by the lady on reception that I should continue to drive the car because "you've got a years breakdown cover with it if anything happens".

Well and truly missing the point there! Not at all appropriate to suggest that I could sit for hours on end in the SUMMER months with two young children in a broken down vehicle waiting for recovery.

I submitted a complaint online which was acknowledged and said I'd get a reply within 2 days - over a week later and I haven't heard a thing.

Can someone please reach out ASAP and show my that you're willing to help me with this before I raise a complaint with the finance provider?

told day before could not do mot. cost me money and time trying to get it done before expires. people new what was happening and could have give me lot more notice to make other plans

The outstanding congratulations must go to Connor , he was very polite, knowledgeable, courteous in every respect , he was our first contact with the showroom and remained through the entire sale of the vehicle , upon collection of the vehicle, everything was explained to my wife , demonstrated and all her questions answered quickly and professionally ..
