I’ve just purchased a second‑hand Hyundai Kona Premium from my local Hyundai dealership in Grimsby, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The standout was Luke, whose personal service was exceptional. He took the time to understand what I needed, answered every question clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine friendliness made the process enjoyable and completely hassle‑free. The car itself is in great condition and exactly what I was looking for. I’d happily return in the future and would recommend the dealership—and especially Luke—to anyone looking for a quality used car.
