I am writing a review for Carstore in Warrington, specifically for Adam Rose who provided an efficient and excellent service from start to finish. He was considerate of the distance I was travelling to get my new car and was patient with me in making final decisions. Adam was always on hand to answer any questions I had and took time out to record a personalised video for me before I travelled down. The other staff members in Carstore were lovely and welcoming, we were offered coffee and were made to feel very welcome and at ease. It was a bit nerve wracking buying a car in a different country but Adam and the other staff members made it as easy and clear as possible. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased around £14,000 to buy my first car at Car Store Warrington which I supposed was in good condition. The Bluetooth was not working before the 14 days money back guarantee. At that time, I would like to get my money back. The Car Store was advised to add a Car play instead. I think my car didn’t check all the 123 Point Approved Inspections. Before the 3 month warranty expired the engine oil light was popped out. Car Store did the Diagnostic report and arranged to change the oxygen sensor but unfortunately, the engine oil light popped out again when I drove for 15 miles. The fix didn’t work. The Diagnostic report still has other problems that are in red colour and didn’t fix it. I am a new driver and don’t know anything about the car. After I saw the Diagnostic report, it seems the car has many problems. It is a nightmare since I bought this car for 4 months. Driving to and from Car Store for 6-8 times to fix front sensor, Bluetooth and engine oil light.   I sent a letter to the Car Store main office but no one responded.

Car Sore, In Liverpool Speke and Shaun the sales professional, was recommended to sell our car through by a good friend who had recently sold their car to too..
We were not disappointed. I have to say that Shaun is most definitely an asset to Car Store and his customer service is fantastic. We had a few issues which were quite frustrating but Shaun who was very calm and collective, advised and helped us above and beyond his remit. Breath of fresh air. I would recommend this company to anyone who wishes to sell a vehicle.

We went into Warrington CarStore to part ex our old car, the experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing, a little while later we drove out in our new car. Everyone in there was happy, friendly and extremely helpful especially Gemma who dealt with us she is a credit to the company. I really can't recommend this place enough. We were never felt pushed into anything and I could not believe how quick and easy it all was. Please keep up the excellent work you do.

Despite living some distance from Car Store Warrington and not viewing the car in person, just online, the whole sale from start to finish in just one week was handled by Adam. He worked incredibly hard to get everything sorted for delivery day, always there to answer my questions via telephone and my emails were replied to within hours. The car was delivered to me and old taken away. Adam dealt swiftly with the couple of issues I had by email within an hour of me receiving, It really felt a personalised service! Second-hand car purchase and part-exchange all arranged online and via telephone. Adam Rose was helpful polite and efficient. Car was driven to me and my old car taken away at the same time. 2 faults were repaired free within their 3 month warranty period. Everything was hassle-free, perfect for people with busy work-lives!

Communication has been key for our purchase due to external complications and Billy and Adam have re-assured us and kept in contact throughout, this really has made a positive difference. I would never buy a car from here again. Shocking experience from payment and even after delivery. They managed to lose the V5 and one of their salespersons left a urine sample for an STI test beside the spare wheel. I've followed the online complaint process and although I received an email stating they would be in touch within 48 hours, I'm still waiting for feedback 5 days later. I've also emailed the Manager regarding the complaint and he has also failed to reply.

Great customer service even after a month of having the car. The salesperson that dealt with me even delivered the vehicle herself because the delivery driver kept letting her down.

Buying a car is not always straight forward, usually you feel the pressure of the sales person. Well not at car store Warrington,a very pleasant and relaxed environment, a hot coffee whilst you wander the forecourt, no sales person following you around.
Once I’d picked out a couple of cars, AJ took care of us from there, nothing was too much trouble all questions answered.
It was actually a very positive experience. I would highly recommend anyone giving this place a go.

I have been to so many car dealerships over past few weeks but by far my best experience was at carstore warrington. Buying a car was becoming a chore until I met Kevin Jamieson. Throughout my car hunting journey he was the most professional, friendly, knowledgable and informative seller I had come across. He made buying a car an easier and smoother process. I had my Honda Civic serviced and Mot'ed at Carstore Warrington branch. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff are professional, super efficient and friendly. David drove me back home so that I wasn't late for my meeting as I booked a courtesy car but the car needed petrol but I was short with time as my Teams meeting was in half an hour. I was sent a Vehicle Inspection Video explaining what works are advisory for future although my car passed MOT, my car was cleaned inside out and dropped off back at my home. The payment process was super smooth as well as they send you an invoice and a link to pay online. Thanks Gareth ( The guy who dealt with all the paper work and arranged my lift back home), David who's given me a lift back home and Alistair who brought my car back. Very impressed!

I bought a car from the Warrington Store, the staff were really friendly and helpful. There were no hard sell, James found the car I was looking for and gave me an honest opinion when I looked at some of the others that weren't really appropriate for my needs, the transaction was swift and smooth. After-sales were also spot on, Gareth sorted out a small problem with the car the next day, and again, really helpful and friendly. Even the lady at the front desk went out of her way to help. I ended up with the perfect car for me, at a good price, quick and easy, no messing. I can't recommend them enough :)
