Great experience. Quick and easy to check in and was lucky enough to get a hire car the same make & model as mine while mine was being serviced. I was kept up to date with the service via an online video, which was very informative. Archie was very friendly & talked me through the service. His customer service was excellent.

I booked on line I called Evans Halshaw to check everything was correct I left a message with a guy in sales, as no one was picking up in the service department he said he would get someone to call me back I didn't receive a call back, turned up in the 30th January no reservation was made, Archie on the service department sorted me out but I had a 2.5 hour wait which apart from travelling from Dronfield to Evans Halshaw was very inconvenient

I recently visited Evans Halshaw Sheffield for an MOT, health check, and car wash. As always, Leanne provided excellent service, keeping me informed throughout the process.
However, my experience with the sales team was less satisfactory. While the salesperson seemed inexperienced, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and efficiency. I provided specific information about my needs, including a desired delivery date in April, but the provided quote was for a different vehicle and included unnecessary add-ons. Additionally, the valuation for my trade-in vehicle was significantly lower than expected.
I hope that Evans Halshaw can improve its sales process, particularly in terms of customer communication and attention to detail. While the service department continues to excel, the sales team needs to focus on providing a more professional and customer-centric experience.

Absolutely fantastic team ! From the day I got my car till now ! , service team absolutely fantastic on fixing my car nice a quick! Couldn’t ask for a better dealership and service! Wouldn’t go anywhere else apart from here ! 😁

Charged nearly £2k to fix my van, after picking it up the van did just short of 70 miles before same issues occurred. Was told I would need to pay another £900 to investigate what the issue was, the van should never have been released if not fixed properly in the first place.

As a customer who bought our car from this dealership, plus we have a service plan with them, you'd like to think they would look after their customers. By overcharging they turn a simple service into a negative experience causing us to question where we will purchase our next vehicle. Why are main dealerships so greedy??? ☹☹☹☹☹
