We have used this dealership for over 9 years now and have had several cars. We have never encountered any issues with their customer service. Recently had an issue with my car that required a new part. Part was ordered when the issue was diagnosed, car booked in, courtesy car booked smooth handing car in courtesy out and the return. The guys on the service desk always have a smile on their faces. We always use the same salesperson when we get our cars we feel valued and listened too when we go in there.

Lost radio code
Called Evans Halshaw in Sheffield when I had had to replace the battery in my car, which meant I needed to input a security code to my car radio, which I did not have. Leanne explained exactly what I needed to do, so went in with my log book and driving licence and within a few minutes had the code, had input it and drove home happily with the radio on
