I was very impressed with the excellent customer service from start to finish. The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient and the procedure etc was explained thoroughly. I requested an earlier than scheduled completion time for the service/MOT and I really appreciated that this was accommodated and I was informed as soon as it was ready for collection well within the timeframe required. All was good on collection with a full explanation of the work carried out. I am also very appreciative that the car had been cleaned - a really nice touch- thanks!

£250 to replace a switch that was £20 at most stores. Needed it done or wouldn’t have working headlights. Should have gone to a local mechanic. Tried bumping up the costs as well.
