Dealing with the used car team was a very easy and stress free experience thanks very much will definitely be back new car is great!!!

I bought a car that had a fault they were helpful but the fault developed the second day of ownership. I took it back they wanted to repair it they changed battery but it hasn't fixed the fault it still comes on.

Car was in for service needed some work which got carried out in good time I didn’t mind as I had a courtesy car whilst I waited thanks again

Finding myself in urgent need of a new (used) car one Saturday in April I went to Evan Halshaw Falkirk. I had seen the car on Auto trader and wanted to test drive it. Dealing with Kerry the salesman made the whole experience stress free and straight forward. I wanted to buy the car and have it delivered on the Monday. Kerry made this possible and with the help of Andy my car was delivered, as promised, on Monday 15 April at lunchtime.
This is my second car from Evan Halshaw but first time at the Falkirk branch. I would recommend this garage.

We have been using Evans Halshaw for years when we need a new car. Top class service anytime.
My latest car's engine warning light came on after 3 weeks while on a journey from down South. One call to Evans Halshaw and the car was booked in within a few days to have it investigated. Courtesy car was waiting for me when I dropped it off and my own car was ready by lunchtime in time for me to go to work. Technicians video was sent to my mobile highlighting all was good and the software update had been carried out.

Bought a car from their Falkirk branch had loads off issues over now 6 months on the car is still faulty and no help from them they now blank me they sold me a service for £100 and a can’t use it and asking for money back refused was told car had a full service and MOT it never hsd
After getting response from Evans Halshaw that was lies management have never helped they blank you and have been very aggressive over the issues and NEVER offered to make things right

I have used the Falkirk branch for a couple of years now for my services on my insignia. Excellent customer service through out with a follow up courtesy call to make sure I'm happy with the work carried out. I'm very happy with the service I receive. Thank you Falkirk branch.

The selling Team of both Kenny and Bill were really helpful and went out of there way to assist me with buying a used Vauxhall Astra. The deal was sorted in an efficient manor, customer service was brilliant from the point of the test drive, Discussing financial deal options, warranty packages and the handover of the car, allowing me another test drive and going through all the cars gadgets prior to me driving away with my car. The car was in immaculate condition and had been well valeted.
I would defiantly recommend Evans Halshaw - Vauxhall Falkirk to my friends and family if they were purchasing a new or used car.

Ordered a new Vauxhall grandland on 21st December. Couldn’t speak higher enough of Brian who helped us and sorted out a test drive for us. Very easy to speak too, down to earth nice guy. Cannot wait for our car to come!
