Heartless, is all I can say. I purchased a volvo from here on the 24th may. Straight away I started having issues, battery fault popped up on the dash which meant the ignition wouldn't stay on. As well as the check engine light also appearing on the dashboard. There was fluid pouring out the underneath of the car as well as loss of power from the vehicle and a puncture to the front tyre. I contacted the dealership and was met with attitude straight away. They said the car had been checked over before handing the car over to me which obviously it hadn't been. They were completely defensive and argumentative about the issues I had raised. I brought back the car this morning to refuse the car in my 14 day cooling off period and again was met with no remorse and complete attitude. I was crying my eyes out in the dealership to which they showed no emotion or care. This has completely affected my mental health, caused me alot of worry and stress, you purchase a car from a main dealership thinking you won't have any issues and you're able to trust them, however I experienced the complete opposite. After looking online I've noticed other similar reviews about other people having the same issues with cars being faulty and the dealership offering no help. They wouldn't get the point across that I shouldn't be dealing with these issues 8 days after purchasing a car, especially after them saying they apparently checked the car over before handing it over to me.
I also noticed as we pulled up to the dealership this morning, the woman who originally sold me the car, she saw us pull up and she darted out the way and hid from us and was no where to be seen.
Never have I experienced so much stress and hassle buying a car, as well as completely affecting my mental health and having to take time off work now due to this and not having a car to get me to work.
Disgusting behaviour from everyone at this dealership, made to feel like you're in the wrong and that you're making up stories that there is issues with the car.
Appalling.

Avoid this warranty company at all costs. My partner purchased a Mercedes A-Class and within less than 6 months, engine faults appeared. We contacted them immediately, only to be told our “top warranty” might not even cover it. They also admitted they didn’t have the equipment to diagnose the issue themselves and booked us into Mercedes instead.
Mercedes diagnosed the fault, but then the warranty company refused to approve the labour costs because Mercedes charge more than the £39 per hour they’re willing to pay. They then demanded yet another diagnostic check elsewhere. After taking it to another garage, we were told there’s over £1,000 worth of repairs needed.
Despite reporting the issue within the first 6 months, they have shown zero care or urgency throughout the whole process. We’re now stuck paying £330 a month for the car, paid £2,000 for a warranty that makes it as difficult as possible to actually claim, and we’re £400 out of pocket with absolutely no resolution.
Completely stressful, unhelpful, and feels like they will do everything possible to avoid paying out. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Rang about a £17k 4 yr old Quasqui and was told it had been a Motability vehicle. Travelled 70 miles to test drive, and was told it had just been valeted and I had to sit on a cardboard sheet. The salesman drove out of the forecourt, then I took over. Proceeded to get out of the passenger side with a wet bottom!
We currently have a Quasqui, same model, and this was an upgrade. However I was trading in an immaculate car which had been well looked after with no marks.
The inside of the vehicle was disgusting, I'm sure the previous occupant's DNA was still on it. I assume that's why it was re valeted before we arrived - there were marks on all the leather trim and food in the buttons.
Back on the forecourt we inspected the vehicle and found the rubber split on the brake pedal (this should have been an MOT failure), a loose wire hanging from the passenger door, and I queried the mis matched colour of the boot not matching the body of the car. Both were white, but different shades. I was told the car had had rear end damage. The salesman then bluntly told me, he didn't think this was the car for me! He told my husband there would be someone who would buy that car, not bothered about the issues I raised. He also said he was under the impression we had gone to definitely buy the car.
Well Alex, we had gone to definitely buy a car, and as soon as we left your forecourt we visited Lookers Nissan where we bought a lovely, immaculately presented Quasqui Tekna, same year, same price, which we collect tomorrow. So yes, we were definitely looking to buy, just not your car or your attitude.

Dave was a breathe of fresh air. Friendly and straight to the point. No messing around which I personally like. He went above and beyond to get the car ready for me at short notice.

Always check and inspect the work after getting anything done at this garage Lots of packaging material left in the boot and on the newly supplied shelf.
My repair / damaged parts needed / replacements was such a task. Eventually after many phone calls and a final visit was i only able to get my car sorted (only after having the car for 5 weeks) i am dreading another visit if the car needs further works done. The only thing stopping me marking this company down to a 1 star was the extremely helpful, friendly and professional young guy on parts and service desk.
Lewis keeps you up to date how my car is progressing also a great garage and great staff
Great service and communication from the sales rep
Staff were very helpful and informative.
All work was completed on time and I was kept informed on all ongoing procedures.
Very poor service.
Booked car to do some work on Saturday, the guy on the desk didn't care at all. They were supposed to check few things, that are included in the price. When came to collect the car, it turned out that they didn't check anything because they couldn't access it (they said there was an object in a way, that can be moved easily, they just didn't bother). They didn't call to clarify about moving it or to notify that it is an issue (they said they would). When we asked why they didn't call, the guy changed his answer and said they didn't have enough time to check the things that they were suppose to and still charged us for the work they didn't do. Why even book us on the day when you dont have enough time to do all the work you meant to?
Will not recommend and will not be coming back.
