I've had a great experience with Evans halshaw..

The staff were great - helpful and friendly - and my service only took half the day despite being one of the last done. They send you an update with a video of the visual inspection of the job and an email offering you know what work, if any, needs done.

hi , i recently bought another car from the kilmarnock branch , and from start to finish the customer service was fantastic , Shaun Black who delt with everything cdnt have done anymore to help with getting me sorted out with the car . have to mention Jason as well who put me to Shaun who had just went on holiday , after the poor experience a few months ago from Ford Trust at Hillington where i had bought another car then sent it back , The guys at kilmarnock were a class above , thanks again and ill see you in 3 yrs time for my next one

Took my car for coolant issue for the second time in four months time. Abit disappointed with the car but Nicole helped me patiently on both visits. She always put on a big smile and answered all the questions I had.

Two year service for my Corsa 75. Staff were friendly and helpful which made the whole process painless. The water cooler, free coffee machine and TV were welcome additions. The seating area was quiet and comfy and I passed my time reading my book (on Kindle) and using my phone via the free WIFI. The report of service was comprehensive and easily understood. Great outcome.

Bought a lovely Citreon C4 Grand Picasso from the Kilmarnock store. Steffan handled everything and was great from start to finish! Haran helped by taking the call, just a little disappointed that he didnt know who Tiger Woods was!

got a telephone call that my car was dur for its first service
took the car in at 12pm and was told i would have the car back for 4pm
got a telephone call saying car was readfy to pick up at 3.45pm
when i got there i picked up car and had been washed and hoovered

Husband took his car there due to a manufacturer recall. They used my details (I don't know why they still had these as it has been a long time since I've dealt with them) rather than go through the process of setting the car up in his name.

On 17 February this year I received both a text and an email telling me my car was due for a service. It had my husband's car's details so I emailed back telling them it wasn't my car, it wasn't due for a service and they did not have my permission to contact me about it.

Same happened again on 24 February, replied by email again.

On 6 March I received a text from Miracle, again with the same statement that my car was due for a service. I text back saying it wasn't my car, it wasn't due for a service and to stop using my contact details.

Today I've received another text and email exactly the same as the first two, so I'm going to be reporting them - misuse of my data, whatever I can find.
