One star is too good. Reserved a car, received a confirmation. Went the next day to finalise to be told they'd sold the car I reserved. Disgraceful. Still no response to my complaint.

Mixed information given about what needed replacing after inspection and also pricing for the parts needed. Told vehicle would be ready at a certain time when we arrived after this time vehicle was not ready and had not been completed to what we expected

I'm disabled so. I arranged for the car to be picked up, driver came 9.30 very friendly and helpful. Car returned 3.00pm. It had a full service and had been washed and polished and inside had been valeted it looks like a new car.

Bought a car from the Wigan branch and soon realised the air conditioning never worked. I reported the problem swiftly, expecting a reputable dealer to take responsibility. Instead, I was told it wasn’t covered and offered only to pay half the repair — an insulting “goodwill gesture” that says a lot about their approach to customers. Poor service, no accountability, and certainly not the experience you’d hope for when buying a car. Would not recommend.

Would not recommend buying a used car from here, all they care about is there monthly targets and bonus. Drove off and straight away the car struggled to start, returned the vehicle with multiple faults and still not fixed once collected. Asked for a refund and apparently I might not be entitled one. 14 days money back guarantee? Do not believe them or be fooled by their pushy sales people

Had my annual service and MOT. I didn’t have to budge a finger, Mick came and picked the car up and dropped it off afterwards. All through the process I was kept up to date and also had a video sent over showing the health check of my car. Would highly recommend this dealership!

Pressure selling even when done politely is not for me……
On several occasion's during my visit to Evans Halshaw whilst waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, the desk receptionist made a repeated effort to sell me a servicing account based on monthly payments….on each occasion I politely told her that I did not want to take up her offer but still received an outline on paper listing the servicing schedule and monthly payments required attached to my final bill for my vehicle being serviced on that day. This kind of pressure selling was also done by her on my last visit for servicing one year ago despite me telling her that I was not interested at any time…..
