It's unbelievably expensive, and not that great.

You ask for feedback every time I open the app.
You're a technology company and should be able to pace.
App is way too expensive and wish you would grandfather in early adopters.

I love the ability to do so many things on Evernote. Actually keeping my current book on it. I'd love it if the file size could be increased for the single file though.

Kept automatically forcing me into higher tiers of payment without warning. Went from $80 to $280 annually out of nowhere. Absolutely cancelling this next round. In no way whatsoever is this app worth $280+ a year.

My one place to store all my ideas and projects. I love the bullet type style of the format. Helps me a lot.

They just increased my pricing plan from NZ$160 to NZ$309, moving my plan from Personal to Advanced. What about some sort of Legacy plan? Sorry, but I'm not accepting this price hike and will move away from Evernote.

Never lose a brilliant idea! Evernote lets you keep ideas. I see ideas as beautiful flowers that bloom very quickly and must be collected and preserved. Evernote lets you keep these.

This greatّّّّ, my use 13years

I've been a paying Evernote user since 2008! I love the availability on all platforms, iOS, OS X, Android and Windows. The encrypt text blocks is very important for some of my use. The 4 stars is because encrypting is not available on iOS. Keep up the good work team! The paid versions are well worth the value.

Evernote has always been an amazing app, but as time progressed and AI assistants were introduced, this became something I longed for in Evernote.

Now that the team at Evernote has included this functionality, I’ve fallen deeply in love with Evernote once more.

Please continue to evolve, but at the same time, don’t forget your core purpose, the thing that made you the kings of the note-taking apps years ago.

ı love Evernote really ı use it everyday but ı give 4 Stars because the aı actually sometimes aı is really useful stuff but ıt's not stable.

My specific concerns are as follows:

Lack of transparency. Evernote's marketing, website, and in-app upgrade prompts do not clearly disclose that the AI features are region-restricted. As a paying customer, I was not made aware of this limitation at the time of purchase or renewal.
Unequal regional treatment. Subscribers in Hong Kong (and other restricted regions) cannot access features freely available to subscribers in the US, EU, and other supported markets — despite paying the same subscription fee. This is discriminatory and inconsistent with Evernote's stated commitment to its global user base.

No functional workaround. There is no officially documented workaround that allows Hong Kong users to access the AI features, even though the rest of the product works in Hong Kong without issue.

Material impact on subscription value. The AI features were a deciding factor in my subscription. Their unavailability materially diminishes the value I receive, and I do not believe I am receiving fair value for the fees I am paying.

They've gated basic applications behind subscription fees, then doubled the price of those subscription fees to develop AI-based features I have zero interest in. Meanwhile the actual performance is going down the drain: won't stay logged in on my home computer, notes don't open properly, etc.

I save information here since 2012. Easy to store, to scan, to add information in any way, then easy to retrieve it.

Glitches
The note I'm on will jump up multiple spaces after I minimize and maximize the window. This is incredibly annoying as I have to scroll down a full page worth of notes to get back to where I was typing. Fix it.

SLow + forced updates - not sure why - V bad experience moving and testing something NEW as we speak..testing zoho notes , notion now

Your new pricing schedule has made it unavailable to me. I have had to go down to basic and the limitations (tags, devices etc) make it unuseable. Looking for an alternative and I will quit completely. Shame, because I thought you had a good product.

I have used Evernote for 16 years and I love it! For me there is not a better program out there. I use it for work, ministry, and just to gather my thoughts. You will not be disappointed when using Evernote. I highly recommend it.
