Excellent service, we were kept informed regarding installation dates and time of arrival. Fitters arrived on time and exactly as we were advised.
Fitting went without a hitch and the team supervisor talked us clearly through the installation afterwards. Would recomend to anyone considering PV installation.

Had 14 solar world panels fitted. Had the best quote from Evoenergy and the engineers fitting the panels were very good. From the time I contacted them for to quote to the fitting 3 months, did not have much communication during the process I.e no calls or messages to confirm appointments and no reply to my queries but they did keep to their schedule. They are probably very busy and spend less on marketing and thereby keep down costs

EVO Energy installed my home system last year. After a full year of operations I could see that it was going to be a worthwhile investment.

So I recommended and arranged to have EVO Energy installed at tmy Mothers home. I was also happy to recommend EVO Energy to her neighbour, who's installation completed this week.
I have also made recommendations/referrals to work colleagues and friends.

The service we received from Evo has been very good. From the first quote all done accurately on the phone to site visit to installation went well. The team of installers were quick quiet and tidy. There was a problem caused by the scaffolders but as soon as an installer spotted it he arranged for it to be fixed by the scaffolders so no hassle for us.

EvoEnergy provided a competitive quote for our installation which was not straightforward as we live in a 200 year old property in a Conservation Area. There was a hiccough in that when they came to do the work they found defects in the roof which we had to remedy (they should have picked that up on the survey) however, that aside they did a high quality job in a friendly and professional manner. We recommend them

EvoEnergy were highly recommended to me by two very close friends, one who is an electrician, the other who has had long standing experience of this product/company. I wanted a 16 panel/4Kw system. The company immediately inspired confidence by sending a very knowledgeable representative to brief me on the product and companies history. After agreeing the price and system we agreed for dates for the installation to be fitted following an energy rating official to grade my property. The fitters roofers/electrician were very professional and respectful of my house. They left the house very clean. The electricians reviewed all the system with me personally, plus helped with the very necessary paperwork to be filled in. This is in my opinion a highly professional company and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of installing solar panels.

A good experience from start to finish. There was no hard sell just clear information based on facts.

The survey was done professionally and more information was provided explaining the implementation process. The scheduling worked well - I rearranged it and this caused no issues.

On the day the engineers arrived early and did a good job, helped me with the FIT form and demo'd the equipment.

We encountered two issues. Firstly, the surveyor made a hash of assessing our roof which resulted in a (more expensive) rethink. But EvoEnergy covered a lot more than half of the extra cost and we have a much more stylish finished product. Secondly EvoEnergy had difficulties finding scaffolders resulting in the project being delayed 3 times. However, when things did get going the project was completed quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard by some very professional and exceptionally helpful staff. Would I recommend them? Yes, without hesitation.

I had confidence in Evoenergy from the first enquiry. Very professional compared with other companies we had quotes from. All the staff employed by Evoenergy were of the highest calibre. All the work was carried out to a high standard. Just had one hiccup when it was discovered the wrong inverter had been sent but a new one was sent and fitted within the week. We also had two phone calls to apologise for this. I would recommend Evoenergy to anyone thinking of having solar panels.

From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with this company.
We started with Jamie who was very knowledgeable but also listened to our views, he took his time to establish what was best for us as it was not a simple installation and we were not rushed in our decisions.

When we ordered the system we were not hounded to pay in full in fact they only wanted a small deposit and full payment was not required until the system was up and working.

Then came the scaffolders, these were smart,tidy and very proffesonal both at erecting and dismantelling.

The installation team arrived on time explained what was happening and then proceeded to install the panels etc;.
When they had finished the place was left clean and tidy.
Assistance was given in completing the FIT forms.
They also gave a full explanation of how the system operated.

I would have no qualms whatsoever in recommending this company to anyone including family and friends.
