We are returning (several times ) customers of Evogo and on each occasion have been more than satisfied with the vehicles we have leased, along with the great service given to us, especially from Lewis Fox and also the accounts department.
Lewis has always been most helpful and very easy to communicate with.

Company will inflate charges for damage I.e small line rear door £1200 🤣

Do not lease a car off this company you will end up paying thousands for one small scratch be WARNED

I am now on my third car from Evogo (each car used for 12 months). I have always been delighted by the service offered. My budget requirements are at the bottom end of their available vehicles, but the charges have remained virtually unchanged for over two years. My intent is to continue with them year after year. Great value for money and straight forward shystem

I have used them for many years via my business. My daughter started and me being the pessimist felt there must be a catch when swap time came around but I can honestly say we have never had any issues. It is a brilliant hassle free concept and good value 👍

Perhaps my 10-12th car from Evogo.
Yet again a swift, simple, painless and frictionless change over into me new car.
Russ, as always was outstanding to deal with.
Seriously more people should consider Evogo.
A new car every 6-9months without all the associated hassle of car ownership.

I can honestly say that Evogo have been excellent!
From the first contact with Lewis, the communication and service have been second to none. Coming from a customer service background myself, I could not fault it. Lewis in particular is thorough and friendly and his communication is on point. My new car was with me in days, which was in my opinion outstanding. I have used similar companies before, but by far, Evogo is top of the list every time. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely great service.
This is a subscription service so everything is managed well. They aren’t like “big brother” and keep pestering you they just leave you to get on and enjoy the car.
A brilliant experience and brilliant service. I can’t find any fault with them.

Evogo has always been great to deal with...Russel, Lewis, Beth, Jan & Simon have always been helpful.
Delivery times of vehicles have not always been spot on, but they are not to blame as there are back logs everywhere currently and they only go by what they have been told.
I feel evogo does not receive the credit they deserve, they have been a joy to deal with for the past 2 years. Well done all of you!!!

Sales agent was good until I accepted the quote and paid the initial deposit / admin fees etc. After that the service has been very very poor.

I had to chase the agent (Lewis Fox) several times to confirm the delivery date etc and during this I got a surprise when they requested £300 for delivery and were actually about to deliver me the completely wrong model from what I had paid for. (A diesel engine not a petrol)

After agreeing to wait another couple of weeks until a petrol engine was available at a much lower spec and trim, there was no talk about lowering my monthly payments until I forced the issue.

1 year down the line, I have now had to phone them myself to arrange the return of my vehicle and once again Lewis told me I would receive a call back that afternoon to confirm... 4 days later, no return call, I had to arrange it all again - At the expense of £300 collection fee AGAIN!

Most frustrating leasing experience I've ever had (out of my last 7 cars) and the staff are absolute cowboys!

Do not use unless you want to be ripped off at every stage and have to spend several calls chasing them up!

This was my fourth car with Evogo. As ever, Lewis, Russell, Jen and Beth were absolutely fantastic.
Exceptionally friendly, professional and more importantly helpful.

Really happy with the Mercedes they gave me.
Flexible contracts. Will accept bad/good credit subject to potential deposit however if you can’t afford the deposit then you can’t afford the car in my opinion.
Make sure you get the correct mileage plan and the cost really isn’t that bad at all, very competitive compared to a lot of companies, for a brand new car you can change twice a year and the company will definitely ensure you take advantage of your subscription plan.
The cars aren’t just baseline models either, they do get them with pretty good specifications to be honest.
They pay all the tax and maintenance.
Good variety of cars within everyone’s budget.
Very friendly customer service who really take the time to work out the best plan for you from the sales people to the accounts people. Bloke in charge is very approachable, picked up the car was in and out the dealership very fast no long paperwork all done online.
Really nice to have that flexibility instead of a long finance contract for a depreciating asset.
Hope to use their services for many years to come.

We have been with Evogo for six months now. We have always found them to be really helpful. Like others, we dealt with Lewis at the start who was great and listened to my husband's hundred questions and once we accepted and reserved our car we were really pleased. The new stock is always improving and changing cars is easy too. We did change a car (a bigger car to a medium sized one) and the same day I realised I made a mistake and it wasn't suitable and Evogo allowed me to go back into my other car which I was incredibly grateful for (and will now always test out a car before reserving). We have reserved our next car to swap over in the summer. Russell is great, he's so helpful, they are always very fair and we are very happy with the service, so happy we took a second car that my husband could use for work.

Have been using Evogo for many years now. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with their service. I would highly recommend. Totally enjoying the flexibility and trouble-free life that goes with leasing their fabulous range of cars. Vroom, vroom.

Seen so many good reviews about Evogo, but unfortunately I am having a bad one. Initially sales agent response was promt and gave me a good deal. I accepted the quote and paid the initial deposit and all admin fees. After that there is no/poor response. i had to chase him few times to know whether deal is confirmed and delivery date etc. but then got a surpise email saying i need to pay another £270 for delivery which was never mentioned when i accepted the quote and there is no reponse for last few days. I have all email comms i can share

What a fantastic experience I was genuinely shocked how simple evogo make it to get a vehicle.i found a vehicle at a great price put in my application that was approved very quickly then the next day I was driving home in my new vehicle.
