HIDDEN FEES…
I had great experience with the customer service which is excellent. the only downside of EVOGO is the reservation fees, which is a hidden fee not mentioned clearly just when you planned everything and want to get the car, you will be faced with this nonrefundable fee.

Very good service
I have had only good service from Evogo. They sourced an electric car quickly for me when the waiting list through the dealers was over a year, and have offered my new later versions as they become available. Staff have been courteous and thorough. I have recommended Evogo to friends.

Evogo have been great for the past three years. I deal with Lewis Fox who understands my requirements and goes out of his way to make sure each time renewal comes around I get a suitable car at the right price.
Good service as always
I am on my 5th car with evogo and had positive experiences both with my previous account manager nick, and for the last 4 cars with Lewis. Due to COVID on my changeover this time all the forms were done online, must be the way forward as it made the handover run even more smoothly. COVID safe and very efficient from ordering with Lewis to the handover.
2 Years and counting....
I’ve been with evogo for 2 years now and on my 3rd car. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I’ve seen a few negative comments but these are people that do not look after the cars as if they were their own. Lewis my account manager has been so helpful with all enquiries from day 1 and I could not be happier. Everything is very clear and to the point. I could not possibly ask for more. Amazing service.

I'm on my 2nd car with Evogo and have been impressed at their continual high standard. On my 2nd car I dealt with Lewis Fox , who is very timely and professional with his emails and calls. My handover was done on the Saturday by Dean, who was equally professional. The staff are a pleasure to deal with. I have also found Jill in accounts very competent and helpful each month. Thus far a superb outfit.
Cant fault them or their service model.
Honestly can't fault them and their service and I've used a few short lerm lease companies over the years and these guys have it nailed. Even in these uncertain times, collecting my first car and swapping for a newer model was seamless, all covid secure, and very happy. They even allow you to put your private plate on if you keep the car long enough, from the sales staff to the backroom staff everyone is on the ball. Prices are competitive also given the nature of the contracts and I have no intention of changing suppliers anytime soon.

Had several cars with them and they are a fantastic company to lease a good quality car from.
IGNORE all the 1 star ratings, these are mostly down to people who have damaged the cars or exceeded contractual mileages which is clearly explained as receiving additional charges in the contract.
If you look after their asset then the company will look after you. Good example of this is allowing me to downgrade my car due to national covid lockdown as i wasn't using the more luxurious car to it's full potential. Could've easily declined but totally understood the circumstances.

Be very careful! Early signs of a reputable company.... However, as I was tracking a little over my 15k mileage, they increased my rental by £85 per month, to take the mileage to 17.5k. This I reluctantly paid. Then, they requested the car back after around 9 months, and I paid further excess mileage charges! Once the car was handed back (after a full valet) I get a bill for a repair to a stone chip on the bonnet which they rubbed to ensure it was enough to charge another rectification charge - almost £500!! (not paid) This was my second car from them, and had regrettably recommended them to others. Another customer lost. Greed = Commercial suicide.

I was extremely disappointed with my overall experience with Evogo. On returning my 1 Series after nearly 2 years of rental I was told I would have to pay £1500 in additional costs. I was told the alloy wheels I had already paid to get fixed were not up to 'Evogo standard'- see photos below- I was charged £90 x 4 for this. I was also told I had to pay £600 because I missed the BMW service, despite wanting to swap my car months earlier and them not having another one, I also received no reminder from Evogo that the service was due. Evogo were not willing to negotiate on these additional costs. I would not recommend going with this company. It may seem like an initial good deal, however, you will get stung at the end if ANYTHING is wrong with the car.

One of the worst companies for leasing…
One of the worst companies for leasing a car I have seen. Due to personal circumstances I had to use a company like EVOGO for a few years as I was in and out of the country. Despite being with them for a few years they felt it was ok to charge me a registration fee for a new car when I had only left them for 1 month after handing a car back in. What sort of service is this for loyal customers? On top of that the addition charges for the vehicles is terrible. They will look for any little scratches on the vehicle and charge you 5x more than it should cost. They also have a very dodgey admin fee policy. They charge you £42 extra for admin fee costs if you receive a parking fine or speeding fine. This price has been going up every year? The accounts team are very rude. I have to say from year 1 to now this company has gone downhill massively! They have also increased prices for vehicles. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
EVOGO additional charges
Feeling very worried, wish I had taken the time to research EVOGO some more before I went with them. I am leasing an electric car through them and have incurred a parking ticket because I didn't realise that you needed to pay for parking when charging your car at some charge points. EVOGO also add an additional £42.00 on top that has to be paid to them for administration cost of emailing the parking ticket onto you! Be very careful who you lease your car from.

So poor
So poor. After identifying the car I wanted on their site, I contacted them to arrange, but they were out of stock. And so for the next car I wanted, and the next. In short, their website is HOPELESSLY out of date so any time you look at it, it is displaying cars that you can't order. Needs to be fixed as makes the ordering experience totally frustrating and pretty pointless. I still haven't ordered as can't bring myself to go through this again and again!

Stay clear, took the car back after paying £880 to up my mileage from 15k to 20k only to get another bill of over £2k for excess mileage. Still arguing now over 12 months later
