Such a great experience with this company! They all worked seamlessly as a team to efficiently and professionally install the necessary requirements to make my home more energy efficient.
The quality of workmanship was excellent and it’s made a huge difference to my home in the most beneficial way. Special thanks to Tom for orchestrating the work so brilliantly, and for his friendly and most helpful approach, and the office staff for arranging the work - who were all very helpful and friendly. And to Neil for his quality assessment, he was very helpful indeed, and nothing is too much trouble.
Also special thanks to the highly skilled Connor and Jordan for their tireless commitment to ensuring their work was of the highest standard, they were also very respectful of my home and very friendly. The solar team were also very polite and respectful and did a fantastic job. And thanks also to the excellent work of the electricians Tom and Theo.

We had our PV panels installed in January 2025 which Evolve had subcontracted. Although we were happy with the installation the big problem is we have still not received our MCS certificate and therefore all surplus energy generated last year was unpaid. An inspection was conducted by Helpinu solar in January 2025. After finally getting a response from evolve in August 2025 the manager told us he was sorting this personally and the company would reimburse us for any surplus energy generated that was unpaid and evolve would also need to inspect the work before a certificate could be provided. This inspection was completed in September 2025. We chased again and had a call from Evolve at the start of January to say they were sorting it but it’s now February and there is still no response. It is unacceptable that we have been left with no MCS.

We were very impressed with George. He called ahead and arrived when we expected him. Once here he explained what he had to do any why. George was a polite and courteous young man. He appeared to make efficient use of his time here and left roughly when we expected. Importantly, he was friendly towards the cat which we are babysitting and respected our request to make sure she didn't escape.

Evolve were contracted to extract our cavity wall insulation following failings when installed initially, CIGA instructed them to undertake the extraction.
They accessed our flat roof to extract externally. 2 weeks later, during bad weather (beginning December), we had visible marks of a leak above the roof/join. We contacted Evolve to send out a professional as the leak was unsure to be from the disturbance of the drilling or disturbance to our roof. They sent out the workman who did the job? This needs to be a specialist surveyor to assess route cause.
We have sent updated emails with photographic evidence of progressive damage, sent an email of complaint but no response since 19th December when they did a temporary fix to the roof. Rain weather causes more leaks and more internal damage.
We have requested their formal complaints procedure to no response.
Terrible company to deal with, communication is very poor or non existent.
We are happy to amend this review as we progress with our ongoing issue.
**Update 06/02/2026**
Evolve have now responded to my chaser emails following a prolonged period of no contact between 29 December and 2 February. We have not yet replied, as we are currently on holiday, which was clearly stated in our last email.
In their response, Evolve state that information has been passed to CIGA and ask that I amend my Trustpilot review accordingly. This information could have been shared earlier by simply replying to my emails or contacting me by phone to provide reassurance.
The timing and content to amend my review strongly suggests this response was prompted by my review.
As the matter remains unresolved and the damage we have suffered is ongoing, I will update my review when we are satisfied to do so.

Evolve fitted my heat pump 18 months ago.
Recently, l had a noise from the fan motor.
I contacted Neil on Friday of last week and the engineer has rectified the fault today. In just 3 working days Neil arranged and repaired the fault. Blown away by the after service and professionalism of Neil and all those involved.

Evolve are coming back to do another survey. They are sending the same chap who did the last one as he didn't take enough details apparently.
Two storage radiators needed in adjacent rooms not far from a brand new consumer unit.......this will be the third survey, as one had already been done by a scheme admin person. Meanwhile, I am old and cold and no one can tell me when the works will be done.
It is absolutely bizarre. The journey time for the survey plumber to come is over 3 hours each way, more probably in this icy weather.
No wonder these schemes take so long and cost so much. I hope the work if it ever gets done is done by people who can read a plan.

Shane and Mike were great from start to finish. They arrived on time, and despite the freezing weather got on with the work and got it completed in time! They were happy to answer any questions I had with explanations. Additionally, they carried out pre-installation checks even though a survey was completed just to make sure everything was as it should be. They cleaned up after themselves too leaving no mess and even offered to clean up inside the house. Very positive experience.
