Great service at 24/7 especially whenever i am work on non working hours.
The only problem facing is the communications with different personnels at diff
timing due to the working shift which sometimes i have to repeatedly explain again and again although on the same case ID given. there's are lack of internal communication or understanding on the given problems. Anyway, there are helpful enough to help solve the problem. Please be reminded that solving client's problem come 1st then marketing your products. which some of you did that. Must know which priority come 1st when you are attending services. that's why the 5th star is not given to you. TQ.
