Hi! I have been having trouble with my wordpress system for more than 3 months. None of your staffs were able to help me. However, my recent phone call that directed me to Sam (Sharmindran Raj) was a live saver. He had managed to resolve all my website issues within 24 hours. You have a very good staff/team player. An asset for your company for sure. I hope that you guys have more staffs like him whi is quire versatile and patient. All the best to Sam!

Shifted from US servers not too long ago due to lags and other disappointments. Exabytes' service has been fantastic so far. Will look to use more of their services e.g. Dedicated Server and CDN if quality remains intact

Good and fast support. Given 4 stars instead of 5 is because lack of discount price or offer for existing customer renewal.

Michelle and other Exabytes support team have been very helpful. They handled all my hosting problems and technical errors promptly and professionally. The packages that Exabytes offer were indeed affordable provided their support service is excellent. Rest assured there will be someone there for you when you have any issues with the product.

Such terrible support. I have been with exabytes for many years and the package I took is Linux Biz package. Yet my simple Wordpress website is so so slow. It was good many years ago but not anymore. Since 2-3 years ago the support has been really bad.
Everytime you emailed the support for help, they just go around in circle and can't get things done. Sometimes it's as though they don't even read what is your problem and just answer something irrelevant and you have to reply back to their email and wait for another few hours or sometimes a day to get another reply.

UPDATE : Case number #5061226 . This is not the first time the support is this bad. A simple thing like asking about back up and they can't even give me an answer. Till now the issue is not resolved yet.

15 hours later.. not solved yet and only get one response from the support without answering to my question at all. Tried to get the live chat but they just ask me to wait for the reply. Such simple thing yet the support can't help.

Finally received a call from Gaveen, he really helped me with my issue and go extra mile to help me understand what's the next step I should go about. Thank you so much to Gaveen and I really appreciate his help. Unfortunately user has to go through so many steps to get the support that I needed.

Their live chat and services are really good. They provide fast response. I am very satisfy with their services!

Met YeeHoong and the matter was resolved in 2 minutes ! Both me and my partner who had been trying to setup our respective email failed because we had logged to exaSigned up for Smart Mail with Exabytes. When it comes to setup totally lost despite being assisted at odd hours by Yee Hoong who provided me with step by step details and also snapshots of the location on site that I need to click on. All failed, simply cannot find it.
After a week we popped up to see YeeHoong, arrangement was made by Ms Ooi who was very helpful in advising & help us on evaluating package that suit our needs.bytes.com
