Delivered photos not ordered within an order with a very short time interval to return. Not a serious company. Ok photos, but a scam for the rest.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Straightforward, no hassle or problems, good prices, shipping was even faster than promised. Print was darker than I intended, but I don't see that as their fault.

School-photo order
The process was straight-forward and the fridge-magnet photos are a great way to have a memorable photo of your child!

We ordered by mistake digital photos
We ordered by mistake digital photos , we seem direkt it was wrong and we wanted printed ones . Mailed them instantly to cancel and order printed ones and they said no way , you have to pay out the full amount for the digital photos . Now we have to pay for all the photos digital which we absolutely do not need and then buy new ones printed .
I don’t understand why this company has a monopoly in Sweden , they are terrible to deal with , incredibly bad website , and horrible customer service

We're not rating the pictures but the aftersales experience with this company is a total joke.
As one of two parents I'm bombarded with CTAs to buy photos on both e-mail and text.
"ONLY ONE DAY LEFT TO CLAIM!" sort of stuff, and the best part... the other parent has already bought it...
To whomever handles customer experience at Exaktaphoto; This system you're using is total and utter garbage.

My kids were not happy with the school photos.
One of my kid's hair was weird, and I can't believe the photographer or a photo coordinator didn't say anything.
My other kid was forced to smile and show teeth; it should be enough to smile without showing teeth. Also, telling a kid they must smile a certain way feels aggressive. I understand that if they are little, but they are teenagers and can make decisions for themselves.
If you want to sell packages, you would think that you want the kids to look their best, but no one will buy a package if they look weird. I certainly didn't.
There is no opportunity to allow the kids to look at their pictures like you do with a passport photo. If you gave them this chance, they could fix the issues that will eventually show up in the picture.
Also, since when do you make tall kids sit down?
I thought it was basic photo knowledge that tall people stand while shorter people sit.
