Design that i received was not the same as shown on site when I ordered. Price is too high. Slow delivery, I haven't got catalog still after a month. Unfortunately, this company got affiliated with school and I had not other choice.

Way, way, way too expensive. This service is pure exploitation.

I am quit disappointed because I was thinking the pictures were to be in a frame. But just received an ordinary A4 size photos.

Was not happy that we couldn't buy the group picture as a magnet. The magnet was only available for the portrait picture. It has been a tradition for us to send the grandparents the class pic each year. Hope you can bring that back.

Was also not happy with how the large size group picture is printed. It either should be printed edge to edge or the extra border along the edge should be cut. Highly unprofessional with the little extra border showing on just one side.

I recently received the school album for my daughter’s class, along with a few additional photos. While I appreciate the effort in creating a keepsake for the students, I was disappointed with the album’s overall format and presentation. I was hoping to see more individual moments of her class, such as candid shots on the playground or in other activities, rather than a combined album featuring all classes. The design and layout didn’t fully capture the unique character of her class, making the album feel less personal. I believe there’s room for improvement to make these albums more meaningful for each class and would appreciate consideration of these aspects in the future. Thank you.

It took such a long time just to contact the company either by email or phone call.

I recently ordered my daughter's school photo, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the website itself; the area where you order photos is quite poor, and you cannot choose which photo (3 were taken of our daughter) you want to print - you are basically forced to use the first photo that was taken, and can only choose the size and format in which you want it printed. Digital photos are about 500kr EACH, which is very overpriced.

The order took much longer to arrive than expected, and when it did, it was packaged in a flimsy business envelope. For the price, I would have expected better protection, like a hard-back envelope. As a result, the photos arrived with water damage and were warped.

To make matters worse, there is a strange line running through the middle of the photos, and the paper quality feels cheap—comparable to something you could buy at a local store. The print quality is also far below what I would expect, no better than a basic home photo printer.

This was our daughter's first school photo so I’m quite disappointed with how things turned out. I’ve reached out to customer support and am waiting to see how they handle the situation. Depending on their response, I may update this review.

UPDATE: In response to Exaktaphoto's response below, I still have not received any response from customer service. My 1 star review still stands.

Slow replies, marketing emails flooding my inbox even though I have made a purchase. Slow delivery (20 days).

Everything was good except the price that was too high.

No extra effort in helping the small kids fix their clothes during the shoot. The child could literally have an underwear on one eye and they will still take the picture! Confusing communication. We are told you will automatically send it to our address. I asked the teacher and the rep, do i need to pay?they said no! But now i get an email that i have to order after creating an account and pay! What is it really? Is the bill taken care of by the school or not!

They are a bit slow but response always to my demand. Good job
