Last year we never received a catalogue, after requesting it it took over a month before we received. Now this year I ordered photos on the 26/10 over 3 weeks ago and still have not received our order. So can not say anything on quality of photos as we have not received.

Expensive and Disappointing
Expensive and I was disappointed by the quality of the printing. Limited options of format (to get an A5 portrait you need to order a A4 photo with 2 pictures and cut it yourself). I used to receive some cover for the group pictures, here you just get the bare photo. You can not customize the package the way you want (impossible to get 2 group pictures for example).
