Not possible to select just two photos, "obliged" to buy a package otherwise very expensive, shipment should be included in the price, probably cheaper and faster to print the photos elsewhere

The photos I received were in bad shape and it was stuck to a paper with glue so the whole photo is ruined, the envelope was torn open and kept in my mailbox the whole envelope was in bad shape as well torn and destroyed from all sides

As usual, hard to find options other than the most comprehensive & expensive "packages", which are pushed to you. Outrageous, highway-robbery category "shipping" fees as well. Ridiculous!

Visible glare on spectacle (glasögon)…
Visible glare on spectacle (glasögon) on photo clicked. Unprofessional photo clicking compared to past years. Had to chat and get it fixed which still shows the glare in different shade. Communication inter department seemed lacking which caused us to contact and follow-up with same query on multiple occasions. Similar observation is from most parents on the school photo clicking this time especially with glares on specs.

Terrible picture at mi kid’s förskola
The pictures taken at my kid’s förskola are just pretty bad, looks like it was done in a rush with no thinking of where to take the picture so the background would be decent. Most of the kids are not looking and the teachers have their eyes closed. Looks like someone just put their camera on auto and pressed the button and that’s it.
Prints are very expensive for such an ugly picture.
