I tried two other FTP Video Transfer sites before I settled in with ExaVault. The other sites just didn't do the job as great as ExaVault is still doing for me. Very happy, truly the best Five Star Rating.

We have been using ExaVault for about a year now, and it is everything we had hoped it would be. The interface is very easy to navigate. Uploads are fast and easy. We use an FTP auto-upload app to ExaVault and it couldn't be easier. The security is very tight also, which was a selling point for us. Being able to lock down folders for viewing by password only, is a another plus that drew us to using ExaVault. I would recommend this product for anyone wanting to backup, store, share, encrypt, etc., and sensitive files.

I really like Exavault, when pointing customers to get files, it is so much more professional and easy to use than DropBox. I like the way that the site can be customized with your company name and logo. It goes a long way with customers.

We've been with Exavault for most of a year now and just had our first actual problem requiring support. The staff were friendly and professional and great followup. I would recomend them to anyone!

It is very well service, I am very much like this.

I have been using this for years and still am. All files and pictures are always secure and safe and my "people" can go into their accounts and get their work without being in files they do not have clearance for. It has always been easy to use, can be accessed from everywhere, and the price has STAYED reasonable and they just keep adding features, even though the basics work just fine. I will continue to use them as long as I have a business!

I use this service to upload security pictures to a remote location. Never had anything go wrong. Great interface. I use FileZilla to go in and clean things out. If I stored my security pictures locally they could get stolen. My pictures are secure here.

ExaVault has been a fantastic service since I started using it several years ago. Speeds are fast, the interface is nice and they support all the flavors of FTP (FTP/FTP-S/SFTP). They've also got a pretty solid API.

The support team is great; they've solved a lot of really difficult problems.

We have used Exavault for over 5 years to deliver high quality audio to our clients. They love it and we love it! There are rarely any problems, but if there are, the support staff is ALL OVER IT! Exavault is responsive and quick to address anything that might crop up. The uptime is amazing, which is why we keep renewing.

I've been using Exavault for about 8 years now to upload JPEG's from my motion activated security camera. Their website makes it easy to sign on and look at the pictures if necessary. Periodically, I sign on and download the pictures to my computer for archiving and then delete them from Exavault to free up space. Never had any issues with them.

I have been using Exavault for 8 years now. If I had known how much easier it would make my life, I'd have signed up much sooner. When I did a move across town, I was in danger of losing clients. I have since been told by them I would have lost their business without Exavault. I know there are free solutions out there but their fantastic pricing and customer service has impelled me to stay with them. They make it very easy to transfer large files to and from clients. They are also constantly improving their site to make the experience easier. I can't say enough good things about Exavault. It would definitely put a hitch in my gitalong if I had to do without them. We've used Exavault for about three months now after researching our alternatives pretty extensively. The price and performance are what sold us on Exavault. The flexibility of the user interface with either browser and link based file sharing, or the traditional FTP/SFTP client approach fits our needs and works well for us and our customers both. The customer service is fast and friendly. You can't go wrong with Exavault.

Our old FTP platform was slow and unreliable. It didn't offer the controls we now have. Very simple to implement and use and very quick performance. I have migrated completely to ExaVault and have no regrets.

I've been uploading database backups and file backups to Exavault using an automated process and have never worried about the second copy of my business-critical information being stored securely.

ExaVault offers a user-friendly FTP service that makes it easy for both our staff and our clients to exchange files at crucial times to meet deadlines. Their customer service is top-notch; the one time we had any problem with functionality, our support ticket was answered within half an hour and the issue was fully resolved BEFORE the response was issued. That's a better track record than many tech giants, who generally couldn't care less when their product doesn't work properly.

My only complaint with the actual product: it would be nice to see what user is associated with a root file when I attempt to delete old data instead of just being told that it can't be done. We have a lot of user accounts due to the nature of our business, and this can be a slight pain to backtrack at times.

Nonetheless, this really is the only negative thing I can say about ExaVault. By and large, it is a stellar product made by a stellar company. I recommend it without hesitation.

As an IT professional, I was seeking an FTP server hosting service where I could keep logs, binaries and patches handy. My company has an FTP site for uploading logs and such but there are limitations and I don't have admin access to the site in order to give temp access to clients and colleagues in order to fetch or upload something. I did some research and found Exavault to be the best due to various capacity plans, support for sftp and browser access and an excellent reputation. I've been with Exavault for several years now. I can honestly say that I have been very satisfied with the service, support, pricing, interface design, and flexibility. I have no plans to move my business to any other company. I did want to also mention I appreciate the good communication Exavault has with its customers. Lastly, I would highly recommend Exavault to anyone seeking this type of customized, professional, service.
