I've had some unusal large files that contained hundreds of photos and videos on my PC and ExaVault was able to download and deliver, providing links without any problem. My clients had no problem opening these files when I sent them via ExaVault. They even helped me understand how I could use my smart phone to do the same thing.

this is an ideal way to share data for a project. great control on users and who can access what.

I am pleased to confirm that Exavault provides a much needed and efficient and secure FTP service that has solved many headaches for our small business over the years.
It works flawlessly, is easy to setup and navigate even for novice users.
Pricing is fair and a great value considering how efficient their service is.

have experience zero connectivity problems with my ftp connections. very reliable. but what truly stands out is the well designed user interface and management tools.

The excellence of the company extends beyond just the technical. I did a lot of research to try and find a file hosting company. I really got the feeling they wanted my business and would value me as their client. Everything here from top to bottom easy to use.

I was looking around a lot for FTP services that were affordable, and provided an API. Very happy when I found ExaVault — it had all the features I was looking for, and the price I could afford.

We're finding ExaVault really convenient as a landing place for telemetered data-logger data and conveniently, securely sharing this data with various customers. I especially like our ability to have our brand on the page. One thing that I wish you could do is retrospectively change/divide the access permissions for folders/sub-folders that have already been created. We made a number of folders under a main folder only to find that we couldn't modify access permissions in the way we desired. We ended up having to create multiple new root folders and allocate/restrict access that way. Some of this hinged on the need to program our data-loggers to drop the data in a specified folder. Not a biggie but slightly less convenient than we thought it would be.

Exvault has been a great solution to enable us access to our documents at any time, from any where. It's also a great tool for creating efficiency with our outsourcing partners! Thank You Exavault for a great product and excellent customer service!!

Great service! Perfect uptime and have never had any issues. We use this for multiple purposes, and it has been fantastic throughout our entire experience!

I use this service to upload pictures to a remote location. Never had anything go wrong. Great interface. Overall, a great product and a great company. It is always up, and a safe place to save your files!

I've only been using this service for a few months but I really like it.

I did a lot of research to try and find a an offsite file hosting company, as I *require* the ability to use an SFTP client to connect to my data. This turned out to be a hard criteria to satisfy, as many 'modern' hosting providers require a customized app or only serve over web interfaces. I store less than 20 GB of data, and my monthly volume is not that high, and the few companies I could find offering SFTP were (to my eyes) unreasonably and disproportionately expensive for my needs.

And then I found Exavault!

Three is, literally, NOTHING I have not enjoyed about my experience with this company. It was trivially easy to set up an account, and my space and name were created within hours of my request. (And the first month is free, so there wasn't even a financial barrier to trying it.) Costs are minimal for my needs: my yearly bill is less than some companies wanted to charge me for a month's service. They offer both old-school SFTP connectivity AND a web-client interface, which has helped more than a few times in creating a dropbox for clients. Connectivity has always been rock-solid, and upload/download speeds

As easy as everything is to use and maintain, if you DO require assistance, then their instructions/help pages are FLAWLESS. As someone who writes documentation for customers, I am acutely aware of how lackluster many businesses are on this aspect of their operations. The few times I did have a question, the documentation was easy to navigate and clear on what to do. Not only that, it also guided me into new ways of using their tools that I hadn't considered -- an impressive accomplishment!

The excellence of the company extends beyond just the technical. I have had dealings with three people there: the initial account rep, a support technician for a billing issue, and a follow-up from the president herself. Without exception all three offered exemplary customer service and genuine *warmth*. I really got the feeling they WANTED my business, and VALUED me as a customer -- a rare and appreciated thing.

The single knock is that Exavault will not sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) which is required in some cases to move some kinds of data. I have an alternative for he few times I need that coverage; it would have been nice to have everything, but this is so close to perfection for my needs that I can't really complain.

I know this sounds like a love-letter from a paid shill, but it isn't... just honest assessment from a happy customer. I found out about Exavault through a user-review site, and want to make sure that others are directed to this fine company as I was.

Very happy with ExaVaults platform and performance! Both easy for my clients, vendors and employees to use. It takes very little effort to explain how to navigate if needed. Overall it has been a great tool for our company!

Overall, a great product and a great company.

From their clean, professional looking UI to their full featured, easy to work with read / write API, to their friendly, responsive support, we've found ExaVault to truly be one of those "beautiful" solutions to meet our needs.

This company is big enough to get the job done yet small enough as to be accessible and responsive, to the tune of offering communication directly with their CEO and being willing to implement new features upon request if / when they are deemed to be sufficiently beneficial to a large enough subset of their user base.

We have a need for many users, internal and external. Some users are only given access to a certain folder while other users have access to all folders. Data is easy to upload and download from. The cost for all this is the best I was able to find. Exavault is definitely worth a look!

I used to use a different encrypted online file folder, and it just didn't fit my needs. I have a growing company that needs separate folders for each team member, and that's what ExaVault provides. For the budget-friendly monthly cost, I have piece of mind that my business runs smoothly with ExaVault's assistance. Plus, it's so easy to customize, as well as upload to/download from, that I don't know why I didn't work with them sooner.

Simple to use, fast and does everything we need.. Would not use anything else .. Great cloud based FTP service!

Bibliocloud works in the publishing industry, where FTP is ubiquitous and few companies have heard of APIs, let alone use them.

Although we needed a cloud-hosted FTP system, we needed one that would still let us have full access through RESTful APIs. Also, for most cloud storage systems FTP is a second thought, or a "You don't need FTP do you, Grandpa?!" option, or something that has to be specially configured for the account.

Exavault is the only option we found, but fortunately it's also a great service with a good user interface and all the FTP and API features you ever might need.
