Exavault has been very professional. They provide a service that is engineered well so it is easy to use, and they deliver excellent customer service when you need them. This is a very valuable service to our business, and it is great to know we can count on Exavault to be consistent and stable so we can focus on our core business.

We did not find any other product that fit our needs for a multi-user, hosted FTP service as well as Exavault. Great service complements a simple to use product. I highly recommend Exavault.

After we signed up a year ago, ExaVault is currently being used by our entire company. We use it to send files to folks who do not have access to our internal shared file servers and also to transfer between employees outside of our office. We also use ExaVault to quickly update and send new manuals for employees who can't get on our VPN.

Things we love:
* Activity history with graphs
* Notifications
* Incredibly low prices

Things we wish were different:
* More coloring/rebranding options
* More flexibility with naming things
* Add more storage space on the fly

All things considered, we are very glad to have a tool like ExaVault at our disposal, and the price for what we get is kind of crazy and makes me hope they don't read this review!

For most people, sharing files means attaching a document to an email. We started out that way, too, but soon realized there had to be a better way. I checked out tons of different options, and the one that came closest to the ideal solution was exavault.com.

Once we started using it, though, it quickly became obvious that we had found the ideal solution. I'm able to monitor all the log ins from all my staff and make sure they all have access to what they need and only what they need. The speeds aren't always the fastest compared to some places, but it's never been an actual problem for us, and things work.

I would tell anyone who is looking for a good way to share files to use ExaVault, although I wish there was more collaboration tools like Google drive has.

ExaVault has the best balance of cost and service of any file service out there. You should definitely give them a shot when you need to upgrade from dropbox.

When Elizabeth asked me to review her company, I jumped at the chance. We have saved SO much time and bother by using Exavault to share files. We have a widely distributed workforce, and the shared folders just always work, no matter where people are connecting from. The notifications let me know who is actually accessing my files, too!

I've never had a problem that took more than a quick email or chat to clear up, and it always turned out to be something that could be solved with a setting I didn't even realize existed. The programmers are adding new lifesaving features all the time, and I couldn't be happier.

I am extremely happy with ExaVault's SFTP service, and can't recommend them enough. If what you need is a bare-bones SFTP provider with a good configuration interface, you need look no farther. They've got a web app that makes it simple to manage the account from anywhere, and I've started working with their API to automatically provision new accounts for our interchanges.

The service also supports SSH passwordless login out of the box, and it's very quick to get up and running.

Don't bother with the "sharing" folders, but if you want FTP, you want ExaVault.

Saves us so much time we never have to worry about servers. Really good help desk lady.

Been with Exavault for almost 4 years now. No major downtime or issues. Every time we looked at moving FTP in-house, it's just been more efficient to leave it to the pros. Very happy customer.

It's so easy to give our customers a link to click to send blueprints and other large files to us. It so much easier than having to teach them how to use an FTP program.

3 years ago, I needed an ftp service online RIGHT AWAY. I looked at several different companies but only ExaVualt was able to offer me an instant solution that has worked flawlessly ever since. I never worry about our contacts being able to access the server and have had no problems. Best decision I ever made.

The point of SaaS is that the service provider worries about the details, so you don't have to, and ExaVault does a good job of that. ExaVault is a turnkey service that requires no technical knowledge to use. I've used it for a couple of years now, setting up SFTP accounts for hundreds of my customers, and it's been convenient and reliable. I find the price reasonable. There's been only one period of downtime, lasting a few hours.

Creating and managing users and folders through the web-based portal is easy. Users have been able to connect using FTP and SFTP clients without any trouble.

If you have an time-sensitive tech support need, be sure to send it to the email address designated for urgent requests. Requests via phone or website may wait for days. Once I get through to the right support department, they're always courteous and responsive. The good news is I've only needed to contact support three times in two years. Mostly, the service just works!

I would recommend ExaVault to anyone who needs an FTP or SFTP server and doesn't want to deal with managing their own hardware and software.

ExaVault is a very affordable and easy to use FTP site. It has all the features that we need and best of all it was incredibly easy to set up and even easier to maintain and manage our files!!

Switching over to ExaVault last year let us retire our internal FTP servers. We're able to handle all our FTP processes without the headaches of managing our own server.  The sharing and sending options have been an added bonus. Sending files by providing links in email lets us quickly get reports back to our customers without creating and maintaining additional FTP user accounts.  Support and technical staff did a great job helping us find the best way to get the most out of our ExaVault account.
