Final drive

First time I have used EPD for spare parts,our digger is about 30 years old yet they had the final drive in stock,no waiting and was with us in a couple of days
Our original sprocket had a different size center to the new final drive so emailed to see what could be done and they sent a new sprocket with no charge!
That's what you call good service
Couldn't fault this company

Wrong part sent out and terrible aftersales.

Wrong part sent out. No communication. Very poor customer service. No priority or care given to this issue created by yourselfs with no fault of our own. You took actions taken without my consent or request. No compensation or help or alternative offered for issues caused. Very poor all round, left me out of pocket out of parts. Terrible.

Great service

Friendly staff knowledgeable staff when asking about a product. Great prices cheaper than the dealer. Easy order process, constant communication over dispatch and delivery via currier.
