Excel and Natalie Kirby helped me pass first time having only had 16 hours of lessons, i did go away and pratice in my own car when Natalie pointed out things I needed to work on or tweak. The driving schools aim and Natalie's is to pass people as quickly as is possible for the learner, Natalie have me great advice and believed in me more than I did. Thank-you again, very much.

I had Matt for 12 lesson which then he helped me to pass soon after. Matt was very patient with me and always went over my lessons and told me in good detail about what happened. He was always punctual and respectful, overall great instructor!

Had a great experience learning with Excel, my instructor was Dean Holton is an excellent instructor and just all round provides a good environment to learn in.
I managed to pass first time with Excel and I couldn’t recommend any other driving school then Excel.

Dean was an amazing driving instructor, made me feel really comfortable from the first lesson and always made sure I was making progress. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Hinckley/Nuneaton area.

Aiden was a great instructor with lots of patience and reassurance. It was such a great laugh in lessons and lighthearted when learning .And teaching in a way that benefits your needs.

I started off my driving lessons with no experience and natalie taught me really well. She discussed things in depth to make it easier to understand. With no experience she was able to teach me in 5 and a half months and i passed first time. Great company to learn to drive with.

She is very friendly, confident, accomodating and the way she explains is second to none. I would definitely recommend her.She's the best with some days i passed my first test. Thank you for all your advice 🙏

I had a week of intensive lessons with Aneka Wylie and passed first time! Aneka was very accomadating and flexiable when it came to lesson slots and times. I was made to feel calm with her relaxed teaching methods that made me focus and learn faster.

I was really impressed when I recently went to observe my daughter’s driving lesson with Dean. Lessons are completely different from when I learned to drive. Now lessons are more about about what the learner wants to improve on with as little or a much help from the instructor as the pupil wants. Enabling the pupil to learn & think for themselves.

Had an excellent experience. I learned how to drive in everyday life, rather than just passing the test. Thanks to Dean Holton my wife isn't afraid to be in the car with me driving and I can take my kids to school. Thank you for all your encouragement and guidance. I truly appreciate what you have done for me.

Aidan was fantastic from the first lesson through to passing the test. I’m not sure I would’ve passed without his knowledge and instruction. Would recommend 👍🏻

After a long and difficult experience with tests and instructors, I came to Richard with my test in 3 weeks. He installed so much confidence in me, all lessons tailored to what I wanted to improve on. He made such a comfortable environment, which I never had with my previous instructors, right from the start. He then took me for my test, and I passed! I strongly recommend Richard and excel, he definitely deserves all the praise he gets.

Natalie had been an amazing driving instructor. Natalie has always made me feel so comfortable when driving and this has given me the confidence I needed to pass my test and become a safe driver. Natalies communication has been wonderful and very helpful when learning different driving methods and manoeuvres.

Aneka is patient, calm, really good clear communication as well as positive feedback & encouragement. She made sure that I was comfortable with each task. If you want to have a fantastic learning experience and become a good and safe driver - then Excel are just the best.

Richard provided excellent instruction, in a friendly and flexible manner - allowing our son to pass his practical test before Christmas. Throughout the learning journey, Richard was supportive and super flexible with schedules to fit around college times.

Taking Richards advise to give as much private practise as possible - we found going out with our son with the "L" plates on to be really comfortable - yes I know as parents we all get nervous when the kids grow up and start driving - but actually found we could relax when out in the car with our son - a true testament to the great tuition he was receiving.

Richard was also fantastic about test scheduling - that whole system is just crazy, and when our son was ready, although the lessons paused (as deemed test ready) we continued with private practise then when we were able to swipe a test slot - Richard was just excellent and rescheduled to fit it all in.

Overall a fantastic experience, and great that as part of the lessons, Keep the Beat charity gains a donation - just great on all levels.

If you are looking for a driving instructor - you really don't need to look anywhere else - this is the place, and Richard and his team of instructors are just the absolute best.

My instructor natalie was amazing. Not only was she a great teacher who helped me right through to passing my test first time even though it was a last minute cancelation, but she made me feel comfortable and safe the whole time. The app was also really helpful and was good to track the progress

“I don’t just want you to pass i want you to be a good driver” Is what Aiden said to me on my first lesson, it really struck me straight away as to how good of an instructor he is, he clearly doesn’t just want people to pass but wants safe drivers on the road. Really good ways of teaching and always took me through the full processes of certain things with what the examiners are looking for, not only that but how to do things safely and what’s required for you to pass and be a safe driver. He has great communication and always fit our lessons around my commitments. Super nice person, really calmed my nerves, empathizing with my feelings and reassuring me constantly, knowing how much I doubt myself 😂. Boosted my confidence today for my test which definitely helped me to pass today first time with 1 fault in only 3.5 months. Couldn’t recommend excel enough, more specifically Aiden ! Thank you for all the help :)

Richard was very lovely and got me through it in 5 months, when dealing with the practical test he help my nerves go from very high to almost gone. when having lessons with richard he made sure that i was calm and ran me through the whole process of how to do it. 100% recommend richard as he really helped me pass it first time and wouldn’t of been able to do it without him.
