I was amazed at the customer service this company provided. I received a pen I ordered and the personalized name was incorrect. I sent an e-mail on Sunday night and followed up with them Monday morning. The had already shipped out priority mail a new pen with the name spelled correctly. I have never known a company to respond so quickly. What a nice surprise. I will definitely buy from them again.
In these times of outsourced customer service , I've dealt with customer service at Executive Gift Shop twice. Both times my issues were resolved with the focus on customer satisfaction. I'd recommend Executive to anyone !
I have placed two orders with this company over the span of three years, and in both cases I was quite happy with the products I received and the prices I paid; however, what really made me want to write this review was the quality of the customer service:
A wallet I purchased in 2011 developed a hole after about five months of use, and when I contacted customer service, they dispatched a replacement very quickly, without giving me any hassle whatsoever, and in a very courteous manner. I used the replacement daily for nearly three years without any issues (and it is still in excellent condition to this day, although I have stopped using it). In my entire life, never before or since has it been a pleasure to replace a defective product, but I can honestly say that it was a pleasure to do so with ExecutiveGiftShoppe.
