The car met expectations. Pick up and drop off were fast and efficient. I will definitely use Exer again.

Easy booking, clean and tidy vehicle upon arrival, no fuss and helpful staff. Only downside was the prolonged wait at the airport for pickup, but understandable.

Everything was OK, except that someone who previously used the vehicle seated with wet clothes (supposedly, after a swim at the seaside) and therefore there were stripes (salt?) on the seats. Not a major issue, anyway.

We rented a car in Preveza airport via Booking.com.
Everything was running smooth. Very kind assistent at the desk.
Only issue we had was that our Mastercard was only on the telephone (the physical card did not arrive before our travel). So we had to arrange 900 euro in cash for the deposit. Debit card does not work (informed on the Exer homepage).
We will use Exer again another time

We hired a car for 10 days from 15/09/24.
We found the staff at Exer, Aktion airport, Prevesa to be very friendly and efficient.
The car was really great,clean and in a safe condition I would say well above the average for a car hire company.
The fuel policy which is bring it back the same as collection is fair.
I would recommend Exer to anybody and I will be using then in the future.

Everything went very smoothly.

There was no waiting time and everything was very quick. We hired a fairly new car in very good condition. The staff in Preveza was very friendly. The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the car interior. The return was also very fast, without any doubt. The deposit was returned in 14 days.

Des arnaqueurs, fuyez cette compagnie et surtout Acarent et holidays car, Ils nous ont fait payer un extra de 555 euros pour des « scratch » sous la voiture qui étaient déjà là mais nous n’avions pas pris de photo du dessous de la voiture. C’est une arnaque pure après nous sommes allés voir sous les autres voitures et ils ont toutes les mêmes scratch! Heureusement nous avons une assurances avec notre carte de crédit. ( on se doute bien que puisque nous n’avons pas pris leur assurances ils allaient se servir) si vous tombez sur une Mélissa à votre retour attendez vous à vous faire avoir! Si nous pouvions nous mettrions MOINS 25 étoiles! Ne louez JAMAIS ici! Si vous n’avez ps le choix ou que c’est déjà fait prenez des vidéos, des photos du partout de toutes les minis trucs que vous voyez!

Worst rent for life! Scammers, run away from this company and especially Acarent et holidays car, they made us pay an extra of 555 euros for «scratch» under the car that were already there but we had not taken a photo from the bottom of the car. It’s a scam, after we went to see under the other cars and they all have the same scratch! Fortunately we have insurance with our credit card. ( We suspect that since we did not take their insurance they would use) if you come across a Melissa on your return expect to get you! If we could we would put LESS 25 stars! NEVER rent here! If you have no choice or it is already done take videos, photos of everywhere all minis stuff you see!

We waited an hour for the car to be ready and we had to deliver the car back at the time agreed. We didn’t get the extra hour. The previous tenant did not deliver the car back on time and they obviously didn’t have a spare car.
The car was old - from 2014, the radio didn’t work and it was very slow when you have to speed. But it took us all over the island so all in all it was fine.

WATCH OUT THIS LOOKS LIKE A SCAM. Rented a car at the Thessaloniki office. After driving a day, apparently the license plate fell of the car on the highway. Went back to look for it, but could not find it anymore. So went back 200 kilometers driving to their branch office in Thessaloniki and explained what happened. The manager, Mr lazaros, told me to drive back and look on the highway for the missing plate if not I needed to pay 550 euros!!!
After long discussion I payed this amount, because I needed a car. Will never rent here anymore and a warning to everybody else, this seems a scam to get money from innocent tourist. Check always your license plate if you rent a car with this 'company'

The team at Athens airport are friendly, helpful and efficient. We arrived at a busy time and they moved customers through the process quickly. Really nice vehicle, suited our needs perfectly, recommended.
