Had a house under offer going through sale proceedings. 2 months in and we still hadn’t received any details from the sellers solicitors despite Glenn reassuring us he had been in contact with the seller and things are going ahead. After 2 months we found out that the house was sold to someone else and we were being stringed along. Seeing some of the reviews it appears he does this quite abit stringing to uyers along. To say it was disgusting and we lost our dream out and our mortgage offer ran out. Appalling behaviour.

GLEN CONN AVOID!!!
Remember that name GLEN CONN AS CON is in his name. Was selling a property and because of the difficulty in contacting him many appointments were left unattended by him and some slots were even left unbooked. Had a few buyers even telling me he offered to put their offer forward first for the "right price". Never trust this online agent, there is a weak complaints procedure aswell. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Definitely felt there was a racist element to how he was behaving towards some viewers.

If I could give zero stars I would!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
Worst agent ever. Glenn Conn biggest crook going. After making an offer on a property he led us on by telling us we had the house, let the bank survey go through aswell. We have all the paperwork. Communication was always an issue but started getting worse. We would call and text with our attempts being unanswered and left on read. Weeks would go pass with no response. We are first time buyers and had many things in life to do which were waiting on this property to go through. We rushed our mortgage and solicitor paperwork and were on top of everything with speed. After many weeks trying to make contact with him and barely getting through we were told lies and led on just to buy him more time to play out his scheme. Loosing all hope and not getting our answer to why the deeds have not been sent to our solicitor by the Vendor 2 months on from the offer being accepted we eventually found out Glenn had never put our offer forward to the Vendor from day one. The house was in the process of being sold to someone else! Put a lower offer forward (can only imagine he’s been given his own financial incentive for this), and found out it was not the first time and he has done so to others aswell!
We lost our mortgage offer and rates have gone up a considerable amount and our whole situation and position in buying a house as changed for the worse. He didn’t let us get the house yet stopped us from buying another.
They are not a truthful company and will not help you to buy or sell a property as they have their own agendas at play. Be extremely wary.
No reply from the complaints department Angelina. Still waiting for contact.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST BUYER OR SELLER.
