never trust anything that they say "In stock" , I ordered xiaomi mix fold 2 and took them almost a month to ship it.
they will send you an email about having to pay customs as an excuse .. and without asking you to reply they expect you to reply anyway acknowledging that you will pay customs when it arrives , they literary treat you like a little child that is placing his first order online. and customer support will litrary take 5 days to answer a simple email. First and last time to use this garbage website.
EDIT: reply to your reply: First of all, I am sure thats not the issue as your sales rep confirmed to me via email that the item was not in stock. Second, if you send an email regarding customs at least write in the email that you expect a reply! no where in your email it said I had to reply. Third: if you had this issue before then easily add a message on checkout and let your customers know and acknowledge the customs thing. enough with excuses, go back and check the email you sent.

No replies to concerns raised
Currently having issues with importation and though i was warned about this, not receiving any replies after several emails this past week is not appreciated. I had expected the commercial invoice to have been either sent to me or the courier (fedex) but we have both been following it up and have received no replies, thus i am now being charged storage fees for something Expansys forgot.
It doesn't help of course that there is no other way of contacting them as there is no number to call and their twitter and facebook pages have not been updated for a year. Its like they disappeared on me.

In stock, not shipped, non existent customer service
I placed an order for a Ricoh GR IIIx on Monday as it was in stock with the option for 3-5 day delivery with DHL Express. I had noticed it hadn’t been shipped the next day and was told by “Melissa” that it would ship next Monday (for something that’s In Stock). Subsequent attempts to get an explanation and requests to cancel the transaction have not been responded to - these are significant red flags in any e-commerce transactions
1. Misleading stock status
2. Delays in shipping an In Stock item
3. Extremely poor response times from customer care
I would highly recommend extreme caution when dealing with Expansys based on the above

Bad customer service
I purchased a Google pixel 5a on Sept 16. When I hit the pay button, there was no place to fill in the delivery address and so the system only uses the address of my PayPal account (which was not complete). I already felt suspicious and I wrote their customer service with my full address, but I just got an automatic response saying they will contact me back but 3 days later I still haven't heard from them. They also have no phone number to call on their website. I find the experience very unpleasant. I want to have my refund now. Please refund back the money.
Edit: Soon after (I think the same day?) I posted this review, I got a reply from their customer service to my email confirming that they have edited my address and will send the product. And I have received the product a couple days later. Looking back, I probably panicked a bit mostly because of the payment experience (nowhere to fill in address, only by Paypal), slow customer service replies, and no phone to call. In conclusion, they are a legit company but the buying experience is not the best.

Just don't.
Every single claim on their product was a lie. It wasn't in stock. It wasn't in NZ. They added a $55 import fee. They didn't provide a GST receipt. They took 8 days to post it after I paid for 4-6 days delivery. Then I got harassed for an importer license and receipt after paying them to take care of this. The worst service I have ever experienced.

I found out that my delivery address was incomplete after order. I tried to contact your office but there is no contact number. I emailed to your office and they only emailed back (not bother to give me a call even though I have left my contact no. in my email) after the courier called me to confirm my address.

Delivery was a little slow and you don't need a international power converter as the unit did not have a charger but overall I'm very happy.

I ordered a Samsung Watch 4 from Expansys, but was concerned that the item was not in stock, and would have to be ordered. I sent an email to enquire on an approximate delivery time, and received a prompt reply. What a pleasant surprise to have the item delivered from Hong Kong to regional Australia within 7 days. The watch was extremely well packed, at a great price and works perfectly. Excellent service. I will purchase from Expansys again.

Hello, just plain sad one of the tablet had a blurry screen (double vision) after 1 month receiving. It happened out of the blue. I'm not sure your product is good. I Google it and found out its a common issue.. FYI not good. Its 2022 technology is there. You just have to compete. I have trust issue with amazon brand now that is my experience.
