I bought an iPhone on 16th September…
I bought an iPhone on 16th September and till today I did not get it. There is no number to call only email. On the email the never give a delivery date. Still waiting……it been a told disaster. Never again
Misleading marketing
When purchasing the product it will state that product is in stock but after purchasing the status changes to awaiting stock. Send an email to customer service and you dont get a response. Extremely disappointing, will never use again
Inaccurate inventory and shipping status
I have placed my order on 27Sept and it stated on the webiste that there are stocks. However after i placed my order the order status shows there are no inventory and need to wait for restock. After 1 week of waiting the status finally changed to shipped but the tracking no. cannot be tracked until 2 days later. Thr whole experience is disappointing comparing to my purchase several years ago
Poor shipment informations
1.Email link and information for the shipment they send is delayed with misleading shipment tracking. I tried to track my shipment with with Aramex Dubai (UAE -AbuDhabi) in Aramex search says Invalid number / data not currently available. This until today
2. They don’t send me the Serial Number # of my product :apple-iphone-14-pro-5g-dual-sim-nano-sim-256gb-deep-purple-389484/
3. Of course I paid extra shipping. Ones in my order second in their email confirmation of payment.
4. They asked me for my ID and location which I Already gives + after i send my Emirates ID and clear location they Did not update it in their shipping review page.
5.order in 03/October/22
Today is 11/October/2022
And im still not gotten any call or txt message to collect my shipment.
6.still waiting to receive my iPhone 14.
7.i dont remember if they mentioned in product order info. that i have to wait over 8+ days or longer No expectation delivery details.

Good communication, fast delivery to Switzerland , price OK. Item not originally sealed but OK. Extra gadgets (silicone cover and protective foil) very useful and OK quality

Quick processing and delivery but not perfect customer service
Product arrived within 3 days of my payment and is working as expected with I think no damages.
My only negative experience was with customer support, they responded quickly but because they were based in Hong Kong and I am purchasing in Hong Kong, their English was not great and we occasionally had trouble communicating. However, despite that, everything went smoothly and worked out in the end.
Delivery was slow
Delivery was slow. Took 7 days from time order was shipped to receiving. The C port next to A port is not so sensitive even with change of cables.

Short Lead Time of Delivery
The announcement was given just after placing order and the progress of the delivery could be traced via the system. It was so confortable while waiting my parcel.

Poor customer service management
Communication with customer service has been difficult and getting an answer would require multiple follow ups, with them either not responding or sending generic message, for instance, in regards of international buyer T&C that I was asked to acknowledge, I had a query on one of the clause, however, the representative literally just provide me with a link to their T&C on their website rather than answering my questions, in which, the information on their website did not answer my question at all. Despite all that, I have acknowledged the T&C, however, the status on the tracker remained as pending for customer's acknowledgement for days until I sent an email which was responded only 1 or 2 days later. There are other negative experiences that I could share but all in all, Expansys needs to improve their customer service's response time and quality of their responses.
