I have placed an order 1 month ago go for an iPhone 14 they still didn't ship it and the customer service doesn't answer despite I have sent 100 emails. Poor website!!!!! those guys robbed my money

Trustworthy, fast delivery, and cheaper. This is my second purchase and it went smoothly. The only thing is the shipping fee is pretty expensive so my item eventually costs almost the same as if I had gotten it from other sites.

The product i ordered was packaged well and delivery was fast. Though the product I have unboxed had a small aesthetic flaw, nevertheless the product is working well as expected.

The problem lies when i tried reaching out to their customer support team and raised a ticket for a slight aesthetic issue i had with the product. NOBODY replied to me EVER. I had to lookup on their support forums page for similar support complaints and I raised my own forum thread which also was unanswered until now.

I am greatly disappointed on how their support team is handling my ticket, i think the displeasure were also experienced by other customers who raised complaints. I worked on a service oriented sector mostly my entire carreer and I find their customer support service appalling at best.

Overall, their product and the delivery time is satisfactory. i just hope that they do some vast improvements on their customer support service. If i ever would want to purchase from Expansys again, i would have my fingers crossed and hope that the product has no flaws so i don’t have to go through with their customer support team.

I order one samsung galaxy watch 5 ,i reseved the box with the shield safe tape it was already cut!!I send twice email and no one answer to me.

Ordered item 10 days ago. It is saying shipped but it is still sitting in warehouse overseas. False advertising.

On the 28th of November, I searched for a OnePlus 10 on Google Shopping, and I ordered a OnePlus 10 Pro (Green) from eXpansys. My order reference is 2BUA-1C05-294A.

On the 13th of December, I received a OnePlus 10 Pro (Black). Not only was the colour wrong (I ordered Green, I received Black), the OnePlus 10 wouldn't turn on. I tried multiple chargers and plugs.

eXpansys sent me the wrong colour and a broken phone.

On the 13th of December, I contacted eXpansys by email to inform them of the issue. No response.

On the 14th of December, I contacted them again. No response.

It's been 2 weeks. No response.

Today, I sent another email.

I will be raising a complaint with Google Shopping and OnePlus about eXpansys' poor post-sales customer support and the fact that they sold a broken device.

I believe that since Google Shopping promoted eXpansys through its ads platform, they should be aware that eXpansys is acting unprofessionally, and I doubt OnePlus will be happy that one of its distributors is selling broken phones and tarnishing its reputation.

eXpansys if you're reading this, just reply to my email. I have a phone that I need to return to you and you have a refund you need to process for me.

Waited over 2 months for an item and never got any shipping updates. They did refund me however so I was able to order the item elsewhere

After ordering, they will ask your for more information and never reply back. Definitely a scam to get your personal information. Avoid at all cost!

I have written them several emails so far waiting for my pre-christmas purchase which was supposed to be delivered in 2 days and now it is over 14 days after and still have no information and no email response.

If they do not respond back and either send me my purchase or a refund, I intend on taking necessary actions.

I chose to shop here because it was the cheapest. There was no problem at all but it would have been better if I could see where my package is in more detail.
