I received just basic answers. I had this feeling that there is no intention to help me to understand everything clearly and in full. The person wasn't happy that I am not asking the right questions. All excellent reviews here are confusing - why people were so happy. I even had to insist that I have 2 defendants. Anyway, from reviews I thought I am really gonna get long answers with full information. But I think this person is so busy, that he has no time to do that, or he has no interest in my case. I am not happy, but it was good experience. I decided that all this claim thing and court just not for me - there is no normal help even for the money and I am too poor and have no experience in all this so I am not sure anymore I can get my £500 back from the greedy driving business. Maybe it's just me, maybe I am too stupid in asking the right questions.
Update: I already understood that here in England business and any service is always right not the client otherwise I wouldn't look the ways to get my money back. I described my thoughts and feelings after getting short answers and clearly stated that I am confused as before. Why business in England can't accept that they can do something wrong or not what client expected. Me as a client had this feeling that I am disturbing you. Every client is different. can be 99 happy and 1 like me. so I suppose the problem in me of course. So you are fine.

I would like to commend the website and David in particular for his help with a recent case I have been dealing with. It is often hard to get someone who offers a service and comes back with clarification on the information provided. Legal cases are challenging, and we live in a society where kindness and support come at high price. There is lots of solicitors being greedy and all they think is money and nothing else.

Amazing service. Didn’t expect to get such an informative response from an experienced and well qualified solicitor. I was expecting to be asked for an additional payment each time I asked a question to the same solicitor. However, 4 questions later and 4 lengthy and really informative responses and the initial amount paid was all I have been asked for. Fantastic. I hope to not have to have to use it again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone or use again if the situation arose.
