The best possible experience! Ferdinand was knowledgeable, patient, persistent and friendly. And he solved the problem, despite it taking much longer than expected, because the router proved unable to connect by Ethernet to either the computer or the two printers. I can highly recommend the service provided -very good value.

I did what Elixir Cada told me to do to get my printer working again and it did not work. When I try to print my printer has on the screen, "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists,contact HP. I have tried what they said to do several times, but I just get the same message over and over. I bought a new cage for the printer cartridges, installed it, and my Photosmart 7520 now works fine.

"landmines" to complete the job.

We both quit a little to soon there was still a continuing program that AT&T level 3 knew the answer. No reflection on Bryon it was information that is not in the public domain. All in all he was helpful.
My particular expert, Byron N. was very knowledgeable and helpful. He never gave up on my problem (crashed iPhone) until it was solved. I would not hesitate to recommend Byron at ExpertHelp to anyone needing a difficult problem solved.
Although the tech was very nice, we tried for 3 days and many many hours to fix my computer problem and it never got fixed. I am now having to wait more days and spend more money for a tech to come out today. That was the tech heres advice to have them work on it onsite and to not lose my data. I am weeks behind in work and very frustrating and most stressful. Plus expert help charged me an extra $20 for remote access help, which we never used.

The gentlemen who helped me (Elixir Cada), was the most patient person I have encountered in a long time. He did not give up until he had the problem corrected! The next problem was with getting NetFlix and Amazon Prime and this I will have to handle with the providers.

After review of what was concluded as the solution to my problem, I am very disappointed with the outcome. The problem I was experiencing was that I was unable to burn a DVD from a Mpeg2 file using Videostudio 2018 Ultimate had used this procedure on many occasions in this version and previous versions. Fernando lead me to believe I was using an incorrect procedure and that is why it didn't work. He told me I should be loading the file into the time line and the DVD in that manner, which works, but puts into question as why Corel would have a share function that allows the user to burn a DVD directly from a file without using the time line. I personally loaded the Mpeg2 file in question, into another Videostudio 2018 Ultimate as a file and successfully burnt a DVD. Needless to say, I am not satisfied with my experience as it in no way solved my problem. There was no unreasonable or rude conduct.
