The man who help me set up new account
The man who help me set up new account. He did a very good job. But my account got kick out again.Facebook asked for a picture of me. I sent and the deleted my new account. Then got bill for $47 was told would be $30. Now I feel it was a waste of my money.

Charles was clearly knowledgeable
Charles was clearly knowledgeable about Dell products. My question was simple but he still went through the easiest step-by-step process that would do what I needed done. His choice of language was plain but not condescending. His diction was clear, obviously American (which gets real kudos from me!).
I only balked when he wanted to gain access to my computer. I decided to trust him and allowed him to do it but I was still a little nervous about it. It seems it was OK, my computer is still working just fine!
