My kindle was not operating and now it…

My kindle was not operating and now it is thanks to ExpertHelp. Whenever I had a question, the tech answered it and made sure that I understood what I needed to do. He checked back with me almost every evening to see if it was working and reassure me that it was going to work if I followed his plan. He also told me what to do so that it would not happen again.

Above and beyond!

Really excellent expert (Elix I think was his name)! He was super patient with me and even went off-line for a minute to consult with his contacts at Linked In (I had a Linked In question) about my question. He even took my follow-up question and would not take a tip on that one. This is un-heard of! Promote that guy!!!

Ferdinand was very helpful with our…

Ferdinand was very helpful with our problem refrigerator/freezer.
He helped us with the settings on our new Samsung frig.....and we reset them many times. But the settings would not 'hold'. They would drift off and start warming again and again. He called back approx 6 times....until 10PM. We followed his instructions and unplugged the appliance from the wall and emptied the freezer and then restarted it. It did freeze at that point while it was empty. But we did lose most of the food in the freezer.
He was very patient and thorough. Thanks for his help!!!

Die hard Word Perfect user

Being a Word Perfect user, it's hard to find someone outside of Corel that can help solve WP problems. Ferdinand was able to give me insight on what was probably causing merge file problems.
