It took about an hour to sort out what turned out to be a very easily solved problem which anyone with anyone with any knowledge or experience could have done immediately. And it was LUDICROUSLY EXPENSIVE. Don’t touch this firm!

Not too pleased cost seems very excessive. Had help me a few days earlier and Ferdinand did an excellent job helping me solve a problem. Returned to him because he did an excellent job and because I originally believed problem could be related to original issue. After getting started discovered my keyboard was not entering correct letter and therefore I could not gain access to my computer via my password. Left expert and went to store and purchased a new keyboard and my problem was solved. After being charged full amount a few days earlier i was again charged $97. for simply getting connected. I believe this to be excessive and will hesitate to use your service in the future despite my original satisfaction with your expert.

Having a problem with Face Book. I thought I had deleted a FB account that been hacked, however, determined it had not been deleted. Attempted to get back into old account, but required Code Generator that I attempted to retrieve per instructions with no success. Additionally, could not access new FB account on laptop. I contacted ExpertHelp online explaining problem. They immediately got back to me with price. Upon agreeing to cost which I thought was reasonable was contacted by an ExpertHelp person named Ferdinand online and after a few questions asked if he could contact me by phone within minutes. He viewed my computer remotely and step by step walked me through the process to correct problem which required sending FB an e-mail with pic of ID to authenticate. Suprisinly, FB responded back within an one hour which Ferdinand said could take up to four days. Upon receipt of e-mail from FB I called Ferdinand back as he instructed. Using link FB had sent within a very short time Ferdinand walked me through process and successfully accessed old account which was deleted. Ferdinand then walked me through correcting problem with new FB account so it could be accessed via computer. Ferdinand was most professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He with precision knew exactly how to correct problems that took less than an hour. I can’t say enough about Ferdinand’s expertise and how easily he corrected my problems that I had been working on for days. I would highly recommend XpertHelp.

I was in trouble with a flaw in Facebook. After repeated attempts to fix it and/o find someone who could(FB no help at all), I found Experthelp who told me how to repair ity..it worked and I'm very happy.

After 1.5 hours with FIOS support that we called as we had no MDLI I called this service and after a half hour our problem was resolved. We went from wired on my tv to an appropriate WiFi link ( one was not working) and we now have the problem resolved.
