I struggled with my programming issues for months before I reached out to ExpertHelp. Ferdinand was able to help me with no problem. It took a couple of hours over the phone, but by the time I hung up, I was confident I could complete my project. I will not hesitate to reach out again! I had a wonderful experience with Byron

I had a wonderful experience with expert Byron assisting me in having my 2 iPhones and 1 MacAir sync calendars. I had been trying to do so for a day and finally decided to try ExpertHelp. Byron was patient, clear, knowledgeable, and had a very nice personality. We were on the phone for about 1-1/2 hours, but the time and dollars spent were worth the cost b/c we were successful at the end of the appt.
The reason for the 4 stars, rather than 5, is because this morning, I awakened to find about 150 emails either thanking me for joining a site or confirming my membership in different sites. I can only think that these sites got my email address from ExpertHelp.com. So that is the reason for the lack of a fifth star! Byron was great!

I had a problem that was difficult to…

I had a problem that was difficult to resolve. The first representative would not give up and even called me back hours later to see what could be done to resolve. Then this rep got me into contact with a tech expert who worked with me in fixing my problem.... dedicated reps who took a lot of time to fix my problem...GOOD JOB

I had a major problem with my mac laptop and the expert BRYON was a terrific help. He showed a lot of patience with someone who has little knowledge of how computers work . he spent a long time trying to help me fix my problem and gave me an alternative solution when all else had failed and everything works great.
I strongly advise using this company again. Very inexpensive cost for the knowledge and time spent working with me.

Byron helped me delete a face book…

Byron helped me delete a face book account that I had abandoned 2 years ago after my pc was hacked. I could not remember the e-mail account or password that I used to open that account, thus the need for some assistance. He was patient, kind and helpful. He said it will take face book apx 45 days or sooner to get this done.

I was having a problem with an obscure…

I was having a problem with an obscure issue with Google, Android, and Gmail, and was totally stuck. Fred was a true expert on my obscure subject, more of an expert than I thought existed. He spent over an hour working on my problem and when we were finished I was it was clear that we had the best answer possible. He was easy to work with on the phone and took time to explain everything carefully even though I probably didn't pick up everything as fast as some would. At $27 I think I got a bargain: his help was worth way more than that to me. My first experience with ExpertHelp.com was as good as it gets and I'd definitely recommend them.

He LISTEBED!

So amazing to e-chat and then talk by phone with a person who knew what he was talking about, LISTENED!!!, and was patient, pleasant and respectful. The expert explained what had gone wrong in my Facebook account, what I could do, and suggested some security measures.
