Because of my age, I work best with slow delivery and simple sentences. It takes me awhile to process things. The interview was very long and rambling. Personally, I think about 1/3 of the verbiage could have been left out without affecting the information needed by the customer. My training in this issue was be clear, concise, brief, and factual. A lot of repetition is not necessary if things are stated clearly the first time. At times I felt more like you were trying to 'sell' me on getting a job done, rather than just giving me the needed information, and it confused me. I got what I needed, and I appreciate that, but frankly, I didn't like the process.

the person that I spoke with was very knowledgeable, however was hard to follow perhaps it was me not being so.
however having changed both the the cartridges black & colour both are printing black even when I choose colour!
I am not at all pleased with my HP ENVY 5032 printer at all.

I was locked out of my Facebook account by the system. The required verification code, sent to me via sms, never arrived, and in trying too often to get a code I was deemed a hacker (I suppose) and locked out. Rofel Lantican contacted me, and over the course of two evenings worked - successfully - to allow me to regain access to my page. He was calm, patient and skilled, all real assets in a tech. I have dear friends and family members with whom I connect on Facebook and I missed it very much. I am truly grateful to Rofel, and to ExpertHelp. The best service for a very reasonable price!

ok help. Had a little trouble understanding the person, mostly because my hearing is poor. Hearing aids don't help all hearing problems.

Phone person was very helpful and patient with me. As a new owner I was extremely disappointed that I had to pay for customer service. I printed some 80+ pages of instructions and they are not helpful if you don’t already know something about an Apple phone. I wish now I had chosen another brand. I won’t be recommending Apple to anyone.

As someone whose knowledge of what makes computers work properly, it concerned me the help provided me would swoosh over my head.
I can’t say enough about the skills and self-confidence he had . I did what he said, I watched what he did, I listened to him - and he fixed what I pretty much had done to myself .
Very very relieved he knew where to look and how to fix it.

I had a relatively serious problem and Ferdinand took me step by step through his suggested remedies. This was in addition to an even longer period of ExpertHelp from Billy. Both were careful to make sure that I followed their recommendations; none of the suggestions from either worked, but what we did will be available on their Case Notes when I take the computers to my local Apple Store; this will save me time and probably money also. My thanks to both!

Response fine but expensive. Als there was an option to give a tip but the minis was 10 dollars. The advice did not warrant a tip of 10 dollars but I would have given 5 but no provision to do so.
