the small LED daylight battery-operated…

the small LED daylight battery-operated light is flimsily made; the batteries I installed fell out because the springs that keep them in place is inadequate. Wha a waste of money!!

Confusion around vendor/delivery - I received emails regarding planned delivery by Evri of my "purchase from Scotts & Co", baffling as I didn't recall making an order. Then I began receiving (no room)

Confusing info from courier Evri regarding delivery and order itself. Ordered product from Expert
Verdict catalogue but emails from Evri referred to parcel from Scotts & Co, from whom I had not ordered anything. Parcel was delivered as notified and photo sent (unrecognisable as my front porch but not courier's fault.) Left outdoors in driving rain. Haven't yet tested product.

My past experiences have been good…

My past experiences have been good however the mat was due to be here in December....will order another few items & keep my fingers🤞Scots of Stow have served me well in the past bought a nice little cupboard & have now nlmatched up with several similar looking book cases along a hall way for extra storage recommend.. the mat non delivery was obviously just a blip!

I ordered before Xmas paid extra for…

I ordered before Xmas paid extra for next day delivery on 19/12/22, received parcel 7/1/23 with 2 excuses from delivery company that
a) nobody in - I was home all day
b) no safe space - there are 3 safe cupboard’s
c) could not get in gated community- live on a farm no gates around
Would not order again unless they organise their delivery issues
Since putting the review on, Scott’s have been in touch and refunded the difference in monies between normal delivery and next day delivery which was greatly appreciated

I am sorry for the troubles you have had with this order.

Unfortunately, there was no safe place on the order notes so the courier would not leave it anywhere, and instead would take it back to the depot to reattempt delivery.

As the order did not arrive within the expected time frame, we have refunded the difference between our standard and express delivery, I have emailed you with further information.

We do appreciate your feedback and comments and will have this looked into.
